I think you could probably use the 20% off code if you opened another account as it's for new customers, but if you use the 15% off one that was posted a while back - that one is for existing customers.

I just ordered, and the woman was lovely, she asked me if I wanted the E370 in pink I said that on the catologue it said that it was the E900, she had a look and said that they had obviously put the wrong catalogue number on the catalogue and changed it so that I would get that one

If you are a current customer just ring as you would with a normal order and when they ask for your order number give them the number that I quoted in my OP - at this point they'll probably ask you if it's for the E900 as so many orders will have went through!! But if they don't then say that it's the E900 that you want as you seen it on the back cover of the new catalogue with that number priced at £99.99.

If you are a new customer then phone them asking to open an account, and once you've given all your details then quote the item number saying that you seen it in a friends catalogue. (Don't forget to go to the Discount codes thread to get the 20% new customer discount if you are opening an account.)
