The online T&Cs make it pretty clear that no discount codes can be used on mobile phones so probably have to do it by phone to get the 20%.

You won't see the discount until your statement arrives - Grattan never show the discount on the payment screen. (Make sure when you enter the code that you don't click update, or the code will dissappear - just continue to the payment screen)

Online it is indicating delivery in 9 days which is consistent with what others who have phoned have posted above.

tried ringing again with the 20% discount, got somebody different who stated the 20% could NOT be used on mobile phones, i tried to say this is not stated on terms and conditions she was having non of it. people who are ringing to apply the 20% code which number did you ring. i have been using the 0114 number. i did not open an account do you think this may be why? i paid with my card
