Oh me too - Indiana Jones is my ultimate fantasy man! :smileyheaAlthough my lifelong love affair with Harrison Ford is wavering due to him looking soooo old and dodgy now :( :rotfl:.

    Hello

Just finished a very quick and easy tea, pizza and a sandwich. Boys now off to cricket practice so a bit of peace.
Hugs to all the poorly people, I hope you are feeling much better soon. Weatherwise started well today, and got the washing out, but was raining by 3.30pm nevermind not far off dry. Lots of football happening tomorrow so will just have a glass or 2 of wine tonight, need a clear head and an early start.

Have a lovely evening whatever your plans.

Had a lovely quiet day pottering about the housework :) Still got a couple of things to do before bed, and to cut OH's hair, but I have a few hours yet, I am making curry for the boys' dinner, and I am having tandoori tofu. We'll see if it tastes as good as it sounds :o

How are you other ladies getting on with your sistercas' fund? I haven't mentioned it for a while, but I am still going well, finally remembered to pay February's money into the credit union, and have my £12 in my March purse collecting away. :)

If anyone wants to help those poor souls in Japan, there is an appeal on the British Red Cross site, who will pass the money on to the Japanese Red Cross.

Have a nice Saturday evening :D xxx

    I am having tandoori tofu.

I know I've asked this before but I can't find where I wrote down the answer. What tofu do you use? I used to love Cauldron one but I hate it since they reformulated it :( Can you recommend a firm tofu cos I really miss it.

    Cheers

I buy it from here - The delivery fee is hefty though, but I buy in bulk and freeze it(orders over £35 have free delivery, or £3.50 if you are buying chilled); the Taifun one is my favourite, and some of the flavoured ones are amazing, You can get it in independent health food shops too, its worth looking for.

Hi ELACLA, I am not sure if there is a list or not, but its quite straightforward once you know how it goes. :)

All prefixed with D for dear or darling, and then the first letter of their title. DH DW DS DD DM DMIL DBF DBFF DSisIL DSIL husband, wife, son, daughter, motherinlaw, boyfriend, bestfriend, sister in law, son in law, and so on. If you have 3 sons, the list them by age or by their "place, for me that's DS1 and DS2 who are 11 and 8 respectively. Hope that helps. :)

LOL laugh out loud; PMSL weeing myself with laughter; IYSWIM/IYKWIM if you see what I mean, if you know what I mean
OP original post; PP previous poster. Can't think of a lot of others ATM (at the moment, lol there's another) yes, I can. CBA can't be as$ed
If you are stuck, just ask :D

Flutterby I have loads of low carb tofu ideas now, and am slowly working my way through them. The tandoori tofu was fantastic - I am not a fan of the wet, soft tofu but it was delicious!

    Hi everybody,

Really had a strange, but very enjoyable, day...out for breakfast and a stroll around Avoca...OH bought yet another salt and pepper grinder set....not sure what happens to them, but he is always up for another set.

Dropped OH home and went to town to visit credit union....was much more diligent when I owed them money, now I only seem to go once a month, which means that I have to then hand up a bundle of money to keep accounts going up, then went to drop off my SIL's Christmas present(!!!) as she has been up to her eyes and we haven't managed to meet for about 6 months...she and my brother are separated. Didn't catch her at home to-day either, so left gifts in care of her cat! Did some shopping in Lidl and called in to DD4 for a cuppa.....was gone about 4 hours in all....was lovely to just be out on my own, as OH is always in a hurry going nowhere....there was rugby on this afternoon so I wasn't missed....was it you Jocks or Taffys who beat us????

Flutterby....glad that abcess is gone....sore things and they do nothing for one's appearance either.

Jackieg....please keep your snow, I never want to see another flake of the stuff....glad the diet is going well.

Need to water bro's many houseplants to-morrow morning, he is a meticulous housekeeper, so had better be sure not to drop any water on his floors...he is tidy like my mother, father and I hoarders and untidy with it!

Cold and wet here, will do a bit in the greenhouse to-morrow as I failed to get there to-day, tomatoes need transplanting and more sowing.

Hoovering plan is going well so far, have to make sure that Kerry is outside when I do it as she likes to bark and bite at hoover. Got a nice crop of webs in my bathroom....should be ashamed I know.

Hugs to all in need or want of one or several

    Marie
