Kitchen supplier reccomendations

Hi,
does anyone have any recommendation for kitchen suppliers. We have just bought a house and need to completely refit the kitchen. We are thinking of high gloss at the moment but open to looking at others. We have about a 30k (to Inc appliances). My brother is a carpenter/joiner so will not need fitting. We have looked at Howdens, intoto and KBBC. Any other showrooms worth a visit? We are in London and don't mind driving out a little.
Thanks

https://www.diy-kitchens.com I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!:D
I spent ages deciding if i should buy from over the internet since i didnt live close to showroom, i live in fife. But decided after loads of internet browsing about them to go with them. Which is scary when you haven't seen the company. I went for Milton Oak which meant carcasses and doors fitted, fab since im no joiner! The box of screws etc even came with a box of tea and shortcake biscuits for my breaks between fitting kitchen(nice touch i thought). One of the back panels was loose on one unit so i e-mailed them and got reply same day saying they could send a whole new one or send me the screws to attach panel myself. I decided the screws would be less hassle, since it meant delivery man traveling all the way up here. Units i ordered were first class, delivery first class and customer service first class. My units came to £3600, bought aug 2010. Its hard making a decision based on one persons opinion but i would say personally i had a fantastic experience with this company. If you live near showroom id defo go and have a look. Prices for what i went for on the second nature Milton Oak range were cheapest i found;):mad:Don't do high street shops anymore:mad:

Hi Natmid
You can get a very nice kitchen with your budget.
If I had £30k to spend on a new kitchen now I would have Miele built in appliances to include a steam oven and induction hob, might even consider their amazing induction wok hob! Silestone solid Quartz worktops and a contemporary kitchen design using Eggersmann handless furniture in a combination of 2 gloss colours!
That's it - job done!

natmid - what you have there is a very good budget and this will get you a good kitchen. I would definitely seek out independents to get a well design kitchen and as CKDesigner said, your budget should stretch to Miele.
Umm Magnet - dont think so. Sorry. We’ve had to remove your signature. Please check the Forum Rules if you’re unsure why it’s been removed and, if still unsure, email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -
