Yeah, I find it pretty disgusting paying over £200 for an economical 45-50mpg Diesel when people with sports cars and big engined heavy repmobiles are paying a lot less than that. Oh well.0

£205 is the rate for April 2010 to March 2011.

My other half has one, and it gives between 50 to 55 to the gallon around town and 60 to 65 on long journeys. (and the "car tax" is only £20 a year!)0 -

Surely when the whole country gets round to driving £20-30 a year VED vehicles, the govt will have to up the VED. To cover the short fall from all the £200 a year vehicles which are no longer on the roads.0
