Happy Pancake Day.

Made pancakes for 30 today at school, the children loved them and had great fun watching me flip them, especially the pancakes that somersaulted 3 times and still ended wrong way up. Made more pancakes for my boys this evening. Now watching football - I'm shattered!

Kids = 4 each before football training, daughter 1 further on return, Mrs = 3, Neighbour = 2 (shared with bab!), me = 2!! A choice of toppings - lemon, orange or squirty chocolate! Very nice.

Evening all!
A strange day at work today, not many patients about and loads of meetings, so not a "nursey" day at all, but at least not zombiefied! Working tomorrow then off till weekend. No pancakes but will make some big fluffy ones on my days off. It has been freezing today, OH sent me a text this afternoon to tell me it was snowing in Cumbernauld, didn't really mean much to me as I work in Ayr, not exactly round the corner!
