Afternoon all,
Late one from me. Have vaguely read the thread but not taken anything in
so hugs if you need one...
My last day at work has been confirmed as the 1st of April :j! It cannot come soon enough, I keep making stupid mistakes and just cannot remember what I'm meant to be doing from one minute to the next! My bosses boss has asked me a couple of things today and I've not been able to tell her why I've done what I've done because the mistake is that daft:eek: Think I'm becoming a danger to myself and others and I should remain at home with my feet up from now till bubba comes
OS - what's that?! All I can think about it making sure there are sufficient pancakes for us all for pud tonight! Mum's doing tea so I will sort the pancakes (unless of course I'm still this dozy when I get in and should clearly not be trusted with an open flame) and that will have to be it!
Isn't it strange how I have nothing of interest to say, but seem to have rambled on for much longer than everyone else :rotfl: Hey ho, see you all tomorrow when I'm hopefully more coherent xxSometimes that mountain you've been climbing is just a grain of sand,

I am all cooked out, so far have made ordinary and Low GI pancake batter, a ham, cheese and onion quiche and a lemon tart, plus I have made a blueberry coulis for the pancakes.
My lot are off to snooker tonight so that gives me a couple of blissful hours to myself. DH says they will help themselves to quiche and he will cook everybodies pancakes so that's me finished cooking for the day:T
Thanks for the hugs Rosy, he seems a bit brighter this afternoon. To be honest I think that's why DH has arranged a lads night at snooker, it keeps him occupied for a couple of hours. It doesn't help that they are trying to stay friends so he still sees her, I think sometimes a clean break is best.
Lowesy when are you due. My DIL is due 11th June. They are having a boy. I think that makes a birthday every day in June but still can't wait to be a gran again:DStarted Self Managed DMP 10th May 2017.

In truth though, in the work environment, especial manufacturing, it is not use being as good you have to be better, and they still would gang up against you, but being better you still won;);) Don't get mad get even was someone's signature, very true!
Right well all bags emptied and bread and butter pudding made, nearly pushing the top off the 3.5L SC;) DH has washed the outside of the 'van and doing his total check before it goes out. We can go without things inside but it cannot go on the road dirty, neither can the car to that end, but he does it (it used to be them). Lamb Shanks with Roast Spuds, Peas and Carrots. Still managing without going shopping, will definitely go tomorow as found I have no white bread flour:eek::o Lidl and Aldi is now on the list.
Have a lovely Pancake day.

Afternoon all
I have been playing with my new toy
all day and it has just come in from the line because the WM is an 8kg load I have nearly caught up, so I am really happy today especially as the car passed its MOT yesterday so that is £300 extra to go into the savings account.
candygirl ((((((((hugs))))))))
donny-gal our Aldi doesn't do bread flour but Asda has theirs on special for 50p a bag if that helps x
All my pancakes were made yesterday and just have to be warmed through. We are all traditionalists and love them with lemon juice and caster sugar
Dinner tonight is chicken casserole with cauli mash and broccoli
Hope everyone has a lovely evening and doesn't stuff themselves too much with the pancakesBlessed are the cracked for they are the ones that let in the light
