Football is causing damage and a road safety problem

This information does not cover my request for the actual RA information, so I have made another request.
However I am disappointed on the LA's view that this is a low risk, in other words they are not interested and they are not going to do anything, and are allowing the club to operate with insufficient risk controls.

The RA was done and therefore 'owned' by the club in terms of data, therefore the request would need to be sent to the club.

If the risk assessment was submitted to the local authority, it is now a public a record. Therefore, I would have thought the local authority should be able to produce it.

I know that my Local authority worked closely with the club to ensure that the RA was adequate for the Health and Safety act.

Ohreally also quoted it was the LA that I should be seeking for the RA.
