Football is causing damage and a road safety problem

The RA was done and therefore 'owned' by the club in terms of data, therefore the request would need to be sent to the club.I received a reply from my local authority for my request of a copy of the club's RA.
They stated
"Dear Sir
As previously advised, the Council has assessed that the risk of an
accident as a result of a stray football is low"
This information does not cover my request for the actual RA information, so I have made another request.
However I am disappointed on the LA's view that this is a low risk, in other words they are not interested and they are not going to do anything, and are allowing the club to operate with insufficient risk controls.IT Consultant in the utilities industry specialising in the retail electricity market.

If the risk assessment was submitted to the local authority, it is now a public a record. Therefore, I would have thought the local authority should be able to produce it.The greater danger, for most of us, lies not in setting our aim too high and falling short; but in setting our aim too low and achieving our mark0

I know that my Local authority worked closely with the club to ensure that the RA was adequate for the Health and Safety act.The RA was done and therefore 'owned' by the club in terms of data, therefore the request would need to be sent to the club.
Ohreally also quoted it was the LA that I should be seeking for the RA.The LA. The acual club wouldn't come under the jurisdication of an foi disclosure request.
I know for a fact that the club will not submit this information to me, they have been most uncooperative since I raised this problem.
Please could anyone else advise whom I should be seeking for the RA?0 -
