  • Well good luck to anyone who uses them !! They got wrong everything they could get wrong !! Check everything, including your final bill !!!! Never ever again !!!

I've worked for many solicitors over the years, none of which I would recommend, but this lot have taken the biscuit !!!!
  • I cannot thank SAM Conveyancing enough for their help in my house purchasing process, especially Amy Shepherd. I had some rough event happened during my house purchasing with a different law firm, and Amy reached out to me and helped me ensure that things move forward quickly. I really cannot thank her enough for that.

Amy seems to me very very experienced and is very prompt in dealing with all matters. She is also very nice and kind and patient when helping me getting on the matter. I will highly recommend SAM Conveyancing, and if you are working with Amy Shepherd I'd say you are very lucky.

I also went with SAM Conveyancing but had a terrible experience. I ended up having to pay for two lots of conveyancing thanks to how slow and sloppy their allocated solicitors were with the first purchase (which we had to abandon), and to was hit with a further bill after I had been told the conveyancing and registration was complete. The only positive thing I can say about them is that they respond quickly, but these quick responses are generally not comprehensive nor lead to quick resolutions to problems.
