Any suggestions to bulk out this hamper?

It's kind of a movie night theme hamper but without the movie! It's all based on this:

I have popcorn boxes, an actual box of microwave popcorn, two bottles of Coke... can't think of what else to put in. The hamper is quite small - I actually thought I could take the Hollywood Glo out and wrap that seperately so it's a movie night hamper on it's own without the movie...any ideas? xx

Hi all Its my eldest daughters birthday coming up next month and didnt know what to get her. OH bought some silver earrings for his SIL in the summer and she has just given them back unworn as she cant wear silver so thought I could do her a hamper around these. I won an auction on ebay at the beginning of the week for some silver jewelry findings and chains etc so will be trying to make some bracelets etc to go with the earrings. Posty has just been, thought it was the stuff from ebay but its a free bottle of calvin kleins Secret Obsession (which I cant for the life of me remember sending off for and if i did thought it would just be a smelly card) so can put this in with the bits. Just need to find a small basket or something pretty to put it in as all my ones are too big.

BY the way does anyone know any stores which let you have shoeboxes if you ask for them? I need 4 for christmas eve boxes but the shops in my High St wont give out the boxes for some reason. Just said sorry we dont have any.

PASSION8 where did you get the basket in the first picture and what size are they ? I like the size and shape of them

These are nice but expensive. You could cut and paste a starry sky and add the persons name for the gift tag though. Also do you have a bowl or mini metal bucket for the popcorn ? :j

My hampers seem quite boring but it has to be what they like aswell as cost.

Thanks everyone- they were my first ones! the ones i have done with multicoloured bed socks look a little better as they have a bit more colour to them, just need to get some more lollys for the rest lol

Mrs T- primark is good for the socks- 2 pairs for £2! and have a few colours available to, i bought loads when went in think the sales assistant thought i had gone mad for socks ha ha

ive never ironed mine though just folded and rolled but might try it to see how they look- i didnt use an elastic band either just managed to slot them in, i did wonder if there was an easier way :-)
:jTrying to save as much as i can :T
Have started my christmas hampers :-)

babykat was it you who wrapped your hampers in Christmas paper before wrapping them in cellophane? I thought they looked fab and covering the contents was a great idea. I am planning to do this with mine either with wrapping paper or tissue paper.
thanks for giving me the idea :D
