thanks for your reply savingholmes. Well I did go shopping with my sister, aunt and mum and also my baby boy so time passes really quickly and I never got much done and sis and mum were not feeling well so all these factors didnt help.

I only really looked for loot bags in asda and they didnt have any of those so hubby is off work tmrw and I am gonna go shopping by myself so hopefully I will come home with lots of goodies :-)

EDIT - I am in Bonny Scotland and we do not have a wilkos, home bargains or such like up here much to my disapointment.

Mrs T, the cases called 'muffin cases' from this seller should be ok for socks so long as they're not too bulky (and if they are you could always do 2 cakes with one sock in each case :D

Oh no Mrs T, not good when you know what you want and can't find it  Do you have an Ikea near you, good place for jars. Wilkos is good for basic craft stuff. You can order online and get delivered to a shop and save p&p - http://www.wilkinsonplus.com/page/home. Can buy most things on ebay but watch out for postage costs ;)

Thanks rainmac. I do have an ikea so I will pop in there didnt even think of there to be honest.

I really would like the cup cake holders like in rustyflange post no 3 on the finished baskets thread. Also does anyone know where to buy the matchboxes online please :D

I soo wish I was creative. All the same its still exciting isnt it. Really cant wait to make my baskets now.

I've used that seller for cases and they come really quickly - 4 days or so so you'll be cake making before you know it ;)
