Films came to just over £10 green st and Id double cd 6.26 from the hut white noise £1 from Cd wow using a pound off voucher picked up from discounts and vouchers thread and deadbits £3 from Asda
haribo 50p (2 for a £1)
dairy milk £1 asda
cadbury snaps 99p stores
poppets 99p stores (pack of 4)
popcorn poundland
2 alco pops £1...... 50p each Asda (£2 pack of 4)
m & ms 59p home bargains
minstrels 59p home bargains
sharing pack mini cheddars 78p Asda
basket 99p stores
wrap shred and bows 50p (paid 4.40 for 10m wrap ebay and pack of bows and curling ribbon from poundland shredded gold 99p stores in the christmas section)
So £19 ish quite a bit but there are 4 films in it could of prob done it a bit cheaper if I had waited for offers but I was eager to finish my 1st one so went to Asda today and got the rest of the bits.
Thats great value for all those films well done!! :T

Was considering making my dad a steam train themed hamper as he loves stam trains - will get him a calender to go in it, as well as a framed photo of a nice one(??!!), perhaps a book about it - any other ideas? Also any novel ideas for a basket to hold it in? Trying to think of something - he has no use for a coal shovel/bucket thing!

what about tickets for a ride on a steam train? we have lots of station round us that do this . If you wanted to be reaally extravagent you can get the driving trains experience but they are VERY expensive where as the rides are quite affordable.
Don't know where you are but Nene Valley is near us and very good.
