rainmac - I'm no good at doing links but I asked the same thing last week and printed it out (otherwise I'd have forgotten again ........lol)
It's on Finished Baskets thread, page 203.........think it was Rusty........not sure.

I'm collecting together some stuff for baby grandson (well 18months old) so adapting it to suit him:

Special bath stuff (I'll get what he normally has and stick a santa piccy on it
Christmas toy for the bath (if I can find one.........??)
Bath mit and little towel - I'll see if I can find a santa patch to sew on
Paper christmas plate with mince pie & hot choc.mix for santa and porridge oats with a bit of glitter to put out for rudolph
    Some christmas pj's
Door hanger saying 'santa please stop here' on it (copying yours.......lol)

I'm going to put it all in a shoe box and call it 'santa's box' so it can be re-filled every year.

    That's my version anyway:j

Good grief, forgot to add my Santa Stop Here Door Hanger!!!

Really like the idea of 'special' bath stuff so will add that to my list too!

Do you have a home bargins near you.

They had christmas books in mine, the hard one, with thick pages for young chidlren ranging from 15p - 29p - i've got one for my neice as an advent present.

They also had books with CD's or tapes (Christmas one i.e. jingle bells) ranging from 99p - £1.99 i think

    Hope this helps.

Also, if you were looking for an xmas book, and not bothered aboout the price, my personal fave is The Jolly Christmas Postman - lovely book with lots of envelopes to open with lovely surprises in

Here is a link so you know what i am on about

We do have a Home Bargains and haven't been in for a few weeks so must go and have a look :D Love that Jolly Postman book, sounds really great.

I did put a thread on here somewhere (I think) about some freebie santa letters you can print off but prefer to do my own,

I'm creative -you can't expect me to be neat too !

Sorry just quickly didn't want to run and ignore then forget,.

I am doing this... Have only seen star wars PJ's in Asda and I think I saw them in woolworths but they were the clone wars which is the new film out at the cinema so not sure if any good, ebay do lego star wars ones (yes I know all the right places cause my Thomas is mad on them)
As for books there is a lovely christmas book by Rod campbell (he wrote dear zoo) the book is called dear santa, we already have this so I plan to stick this in a basket so they don't get too many new things before christmas (yes I know I am cheating)
    book cover looks like this
    Dear%20Santa.jpg

I am sticking in a couple of cups which you will already have from your santa soup. and I am also doing a bath toy (rubber duck or crayons or something similar) I also plan to put in a bath bomb (lush ickle bath bomb - my son loves these) and if I can find my list later on I will tell you the rest lol ... I have the reindeer food etc and a nice pack of biscuits for a snack before bed. will try and find my list.

Thanks Rusty, will have a look in Asda and Woolies for Star Wars pjs. Have seen the ones on ebay (of course, ebay mad!). What are you going to package your stuff in? Think I am going to use a basket I've got anyway, don't think the kiddies will mind ;)

Thats what I am planning to do aswell :) I have a massive one which had OH's fathers day stuff in but also have a couple which are slightly smaller ... not too keen on them ones though as they smell  think its the wood :rotfl: or just my senses :)

Have a look and if you can't find the Pj's I can always nip to asda and take a piccy then show you and if you want me to get them and send them on I can :) I got Thomas some Wall:E ones but he hasn't been the slightest bit interested since the first time he saw it so may put these on ebay and get some star wars ones as I know he will like them lol

I have just bought loads of star wars figures off ebay for him with his birthday money he is dead excited that he has some more bless him ... still if thats what he wants then who am I to stop him lol
