Thank you! I do have another one (20 mths) but he tends to scowl whenever the camera appears :rotfl::wave: If you want the rainbow, you've got to put up with the rain :wave:0 -

I have to get my daily fix seeing all the things you and everyone else have made but haven't yet found the courage to have a go myself yet! How do you find the time to make such lovely things and also have such cute looking children?
You must be proud of your gorgeous looking boy for being the only one to say please - wow his first day at school - he looks happy on it! My youngest starts school next term so maybe I might get round to doing something creative then - perhaps I could start next January for Christmas 2009!
Thank you for the lovely comments! Go on, have a go making something, once you start it is rather addictive and I am really not very creative. Honestly, if I can manage to cobble things together anyone canI get most of my inspriration from all the fab people on this board

Could you make a sock monkey from a footie sock for the Newcastle--or any--footie hamper..or at least a sock in appropriate colours?
And thanks for the link Chuchies...I can do one of those trees with sugar-free sweets for me muvva:j --look better than a pathetic packet of Th8n70n @ £1:69 a throw:eek: That reminds me--must find the web address for the diabetic sweets I got for her last year..but I've got a wind-up torch & one of those gun thingies for lighting her gas stove if the lekkie should go off--or she forgets to put the switch down for the electric ignitionI'm going to have a bash at some sort of bed-jacket for when she sits up in bed doing word search....more puzzle books & maybe some bed socks too.
There's a low vent in her lounge letting in a terrible draught that catches her when she's sitting, so I've plans for some sort of 'fire-guard' that will stop it coming across the floor.
It's her b'day next month so some things she'll have then & the rest for crimbo... providing I actually get on & MAKE summat as opposed to sat here THINKING about itFull time Carer for Mum; harassed mother of three;loving & loved by two 4-legged babies.
