Went to QS today and bought a medium size pink case type basket with white stars on it in the sale for £1 its gorgeous! I also popped into Instore and bought expensive looking hair products like heat protection for 69p bargain!

I have seen those in my local and they are lovely, I bought the hat boxes but wish I had more little girls to buy for as they are just perfect.

Aww bunbun he is going to love it! Well done! it looks great!

Oooh thats pretty. Thanks have just ordered 2 sheets just incase ... have some black cotton fabric so was going to buy some white and see if I could make a fabric box so to speak. Will take pics when I have done the box. then more when I have bought stuff to go on it. lol

Fabric box sounds great Rusty! You could cover a notebook with some of the black and white paper or a door hanger, or both...?

My eldest had his first morning at big school today and did brilliantly! Can I be cheeky and share a pic of him as I am sooooo proud of him...

Normally only the first day ;) ... he looks dead grown up bless him :) Mine went back today ... his teacher knows all about his wobbly tooth and when his birthday is  I do feel sorry for her as he never stops talking (we call him ariston ... and on .... and on)

Ooops with all the excitement of your son starting school my finger slipped and ordered 2 more door hangers off ebay! What a bad finger you are :rotfl:

  • Oh Rainmac - I'm in awe. I keep drooling over all the wonderful things you have created - you are so talented. I have to get my daily fix seeing all the things you and everyone else have made but haven't yet found the courage to have a go myself yet! How do you find the time to make such lovely things and also have such cute looking children?

You must be proud of your gorgeous looking boy for being the only one to say please - wow his first day at school - he looks happy on it! My youngest starts school next term so maybe I might get round to doing something creative then - perhaps I could start next January for Christmas 2009!
