Well on Friday I picked up some of these
    SCAT123-5465.jpg
One in pink and the other in Blue for my children ... I want to fill them with little cheap things which they can use/play with but have til christmas to sort it. Any suggestions?

    So far I have:
    Colouring books x 2
    crayons x 2

and thats it ... thought about getting some chalks, some sweeties (or may just put in their sweet compartment tray I am doing) marbles for son, small dolly for daughter, couple of cars in each

Any suggestions? My son is 6 in just over a month, and my daughter is 14 months.

How about a lego or playmobil set for your son? You can pick them up quite cheaply in the sales at woolies etc.

Not very good with girls sorry but what about
Bright tray with pack of plasticine; plastic knife; plastic crothet hook (used to bore eyes) and cello wrap them onto tray - my boys used to play for hours with plasticine

My son has loads of lego so this could work out well. He is quite into lego star wars aswell. Thanks, didn;'t think about lego. Could add some marbles in there aswell

rusty love the boxes ! Haven't got a Matalan near us though. I'm struggling with what to get baby grandson this year (the teenage ones are hard enough) but what do you get an 18month old boy ???
