I am usually pretty good at finding baskets and other things to do my hapmers in but does anyone have any suggestions what I can use for my step-dads gift. He is only getting a couple of novels and a couple of decent bottles of beer, and maybe a glass if I can find a nice one but I want to present them nicer. Any suggestions welcome - the baskets I have are all the wrong size!"Life may not always be the party you wish for, but whilst here you may aswell dance"!!!

My local Morrisons have a set of three stacked wicker hampers with fabric lining for £3.99 - perfect for these presents! (Loads there - all stacked up)

I just fill with strips of cardboard, animal bedding (cheap in tesco) or shredded brown paper. The bottles nestle in really nicelyI just then wrap in cellophene tieing with rustic twine and a brown luggage label.

Thanks for that but I think they will be too big for the small number of items that are going in the present."Life may not always be the party you wish for, but whilst here you may aswell dance"!!!
