First Class flights to Asia for £1000 / Business Class to USA for £900

My experience is that award seats are limited, and USA airlines ate renowned for offering 'upgrade' seats which are purely down to there being free seats on a flight (if there aren't, then you are flying economy with no come back)
There's currently uproar in FT circles because Chase were giving away 100k BA miles, and the unknowing didn't realise there was limited availability, and significant taxes to be paid.
If something sounds too good to be true then it probably is.
That being said; I recently paid £350pp for First Class long haul flights with BA, but the conditions to get those are extremely lengthy.Legal team on standby0 -

Buying miles with US Airways doesn't just restrict you to using them on US airlines though.
You can use them on Thai, Lufthansa, SWISS, Turkish, SAS, ANA, bmi, LOT Polish and Air Canada, plus more, all of which offer premium seats quite often (apart from Singapore, unless it's on the 747)0 -
Yeah, I'd be interested to read that too.
Failure to provide confirms it utter nonsense.
Unless it's illegal you can post it in thread.Legal team on standby0 -

But all limited to availability.
Post your tricks or retract your nonsense.
If your sole point is 'you can get award flights on airlines'; then you genuiely don't have anything of interest to post.Legal team on standby0 -

Utter nonsense? Maybe we can meet up and I'll show you evidence of my UPCOMING trips booked via US AIR.
I'll even show you evidence of my PRIOR trips via US AIR.
Name a place.
Go to Flyertalk.com and tell them its nonsense.
Go to milepoint.com and try telling them it's nonsense.
100K miles gets you FIRST CLASS from Europe to Asia:

Like I said; I currently hold £350 first class flights to north America with BA. It's just not as simple as you advertise. You need to highlight it's dependent on availability.
So, what's the content of your PMs?Legal team on standby0 -

If you posted in this silly secretive way on FT your thread would be locked in no time!Like I said; I currently hold £350 first class flights to north America with BA. It's just not as simple as you advertise. You need to highlight it's dependent on availability.

I forgot to say, congratulations!
I'm off round the world if I don't go back to uni ... Have booked to Sydney via BKK so far, J for £340!Gone ... or have I?0 -

Of course it depends on availability. So is every ticket on an airline.
But as I've said, please tell me where I can get first class flights to Asia for less than £1000? Oh ... you can't! First Class BA vs First Class Thai on 773? Try that on Flyertalk, and see where you get! I'll put my money where my mouth is.
I've done it 3 times in the past year, and availability wasn't a problem for me!0 -
It's all do-able
just takes significant effort.
Taxes only were 150k BA miles and a 2-4-1 BA Amex voucher
Not immediately available to all.
Trip report on FT in good time
[edit]
Contents of PMs or hush please United person.
If your point is 'there are award seats on airplanes' then you really don't have much if a point.Legal team on standby0
