    Thanks for that but this is where I get more confused. I've already looked at Govan Law and they have yet another style of template letter. The first letter I sent was from the template on her but do the Scottish ones need to be different?
  • i am not sure whether it is worthwhile to claim bank charge as i live in scotland - small claim is up to £750?? can u help

    Just carry on with the letter from MSE but read the Govan Law site for information.

    Don't be put off claiming because of this limit, start your claim as it may never come to court and have a read of the above posts and check out the links in this thread.

    I'm getting conflicting advice re raising an OA. Does anyone know if I definitely need a lawyer? ( or where to find a "cakking your pants" smiley):o

    And.... CB replied to my first letter today but the 14 days I gave thenm are not up so do I reply with next letter today or give them until the original 14 days before I get shirty?
