Download MALWAREBYTES (Make sure you click 'DOWNLOAD LATEST VERSION')
    http://www.filehippo.com/download_malwarebytes_anti_malware/
Open malwarebytes and goto UPDATE and click 'check for updates'. After its updated goto SCANNER and click PERFORM QUICK SCAN then click SCAN
Remove everything thats found (needs to be ticked)
Post the COMPLETE log here AFTER youve deleted everything it finds
If anything was found then do the exact same but run a FULL scan

    reboot

Download HIJACK THIS (Make sure you click 'DOWNLOAD LATEST VERSION')
    http://www.filehippo.com/download_hijackthis/
Click MAIN MENU then DO A SYSTEM SCAN AND SAVE A LOGFILE(Takes seconds) then post the log so we can see whats running
(do NOT do anything else with Hijack but scan and post the FULL log)
If you get a message that you cant write to the hosts file then Press the SHIFT key, and whilst holding it RIGHT CLICK and select RUN AS (admin)

    Uninstall -
LOGITECH DESKTOP MESSENGER (Its not needed for the cam to work)
MSN TOOLBAR (And toolbar suite if different)
    VIRGIN MEDIA TOOLBAR

    Id seriously recommend uninstalling -
AD AWARE (its next to useless these days)
RAPPORT (generally speaking it slows computers down)
MUSICMATCH JUKEBOX (slows computers down and isnt required)
REGISTRY MECHANIC (its possible it may in the future remove something it shouldnt. id recommend CCLEANERs registry cleaner in place)

    ...................................................................

Turn off Spybots 'TEA TIMER' mode ~
    Open Spybot
    Change Mode (Top) to ADVANCED
    Select TOOLS then RESIDENT
UNTICK 'Resident TEA TIMER' (Leave 'SD Helper' TICKED)

    ..............................................................

    Please run COMBOFIX
    http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe
    Shut down your anti virus
Follow the simple instructions it gives
Post the COMPLETE log it creates here (Split into sections if need be) ~ if there are loads of 'SNAPSHOT' pages then leave them out

If it comes up with a RENAMING error then RIGHT click the exe file and RENAME and call it QWERTY (Making the complete file name 'QWERTY.exe') Or SAVE as 'QWERTY' on download
(If no log comes up or you lose it, COMBOFIX.TXT can be found in C drive)

(ps - AVGs out of date. once we know your clear, id recommend using the REMOVAL TOOL (not just uninstalling) and replacing with either AVAST or AVIRA)

Ok ive uninstalled LOGITECH DESKTOP Messenger
    VIRGIN MEDIA TOOLBAR
    ADAWARE
    MUSCIMATCH JUKEBOX
    REGISTRYMECHANIC
and followed your instructions for SPYBOTS
I hit a problem when i tried to unistall MSN toolbar a window popped up saying i had to insert a cd to continue... there was a file name MSNSTH02-05-0000-1082p1119-en_us.msp so i dont know how to uninstall it now?

Also RAPPORT is a security program that my bank recommended to me after id been a victim of online fraud so im a bit wary of removing that ? Just my luck if i removed it id have no comeback with my bank if it happened again?

probably best to keep rapport then (you really should be a little more savvy with phishing)

Leave msn, sounds like thats going to be a nightmare to remove

    Crack on with combofix
