I have today bought a cross cut shreader at my local (Southbank, Middlesbrough) ASDA. It was reduced from £18ish to £13.86. Has a large capacity bin and cuts the pieces very small. Six sheet feed capacity, auto start, Aurora AS650C. It was situated in the gardening isle!

Plus they do not recognise the part Nos. shown and 'Search' facility failed to find them. So don't bother looking there. Woolies have a good cross-cut for £14.99. Shown on their website at https://www.woolworths.co.uk

Try again, go to http://www.cpc.co.uk, just type "shredder" into the search box and about 20 come up, lowest price was about £10.51 inc VAT.... (no idea if its cross-cut though)
Spend over £30 for free delivery.
An excellent company to deal with been using them for over 15 years...

Sometimes its worth having a Comet discount card!! A nice 10% off at woolies.

Thanks, but I typed in "crosscut shredder" in my original search (would you really buy anything else ?) and also the part numbers. If you try this you will see that they only have the expensive variety.
