    Morning all!

Day off today, yippee! Was in bed and asleep by 9.30pm last night, so should be bursting with energy today lol! WM on, brekkie made and eaten and that's about it so far! Need to sort DW and then do usual rounds of S&S kitchen, hoover and then need to have a good scrub in the bathrooms - of the bathrooms not me! How hard would it be for the kids to throw away empty bottles, loo roll inners or wipe spodges of shampoo off the tiles, and why do they have to get toothpaste over my bathroom mirror, and why is the downstairs loo full of dog hair?! So many questions!

Then need to whizz and collect dd2's phone, which she had reconfiscated at school the day after she got it back, after the first confiscation! Darned child! Her dad reckons it's spent more time in a drawer in the school office than it has with her lol! Then finger's crossed I'm off to see a car that I like, this whole buying a car saga is turning into a right old rigmarole, still I should be grateful that at least I have some savings to pay for one. Then lastly I'm going to try to cost out the new floor for the sitting room and dining room, best friend is going to help (actually read that as do it all!) put them down, hopefully as we did the hall together we should know what we're doing this time! I'd like it done before the babe arrives, as I think laminate will be a whole lot easier to keep clean than the carpet is, and the carpet is pretty ick after 10 years with four kids and numerous animals, and I've never liked the colour either!

Lunch for dd3 was sos rolls, mini pack of animal biscuits (oh the luxury!), clems and an apple
ds will get something at college today, dd2 won't take anything, but ate a hearty brekkie and will have another snack when she gets in from school, and dd1 is still supposedly poorly, my lunch will be leftover soup!

Dinner will be steak and chips as it wasn't eaten last night!

Have a good day all xx

DS3 said there is never anything to eat in this house last night, he generally means crisps and chocolate and coke but do need to visit Mr T's and will make some cup cakes later

    Morning All ,

RR - Great news about your Dad!
Nic1Lou2 - Happy Birthday have a great day

Right so now I have exactly one month left at work :j My friend is brilliant at this documenting business so I'm a lot less stressed out than I was before hand - besides my annual leave has been approved and so has my maternity leave so there's not really a great deal they can do about it if it doesn't get finished before then :p Confident it will do though now.

Have a coffee date with my Aunt at lunch so need to remember to take my ASDA baby club voucher. She's going to pick up the free gift thingy for me seeing as she lives near to the superstore. Apparently you get a full pack of newborn nappies, some wipes and a little cotton hat! All goes into the coffers for my wriggler :)

Need to wash the bedding tonight when I get home and think my Mum is insisting on dinner duty tonight so will have a nice surprise for tea.

Hope everyone is ok, hugs to all xx

    Morning my lovelies :D

If you haven't seen FB this pesky cat did reappear when H went calling for her up the garden at 7.30pm. I think she'd gone exploring into DS's infant school grounds (it's at the end of our garden). She's clearly finding her feet <rollseyes> Shall cease to worry about her and I am going to train her to come to the sound of a rattling food packet ;) I can't keep her indoors as she's slowly shredding my nets running from one room to another. With her being so young she's got lots of energy to burn off so don't think I can keep her inside, if there's a window open she busts a gut to get out.

Anyway heading off to Dr's this morning as DS is covered in an awful rash  Have already done the glass test so know it's nothing like the dreaded M but despite giving him some antihistimine last night it's not gone so off to Dr's we trot. Probably be "viral" which seems to be a catchall for "we don't really know what it is". I just need to know whether I've got to cancel working or not!!!
So I may well have DS at home all day so might get him stuck into some baking as I never did any yesterday.

H's scooter still not working despite paying £119 to get it fixed and serviced :mad: H is stressing about his job interview on Friday and how much work he's got to do :(

Didn't get up early to do my Shred, looked as rough as a badgers 4rse yesterday and I think the early starts aren't doing me any good. Which means I either have to fit it in during the day or in evening.....

Tea tonight......hmmm no idea I haven't been organised enough :o
Will crack on with the cleaning and depending on the kids I might pop out and finally get some compost so I can start sowing some seeds.

Nic1lou2 - celebrate2.gif Happy Birthday, hope this is the start of better times for you xxx

Redruby - Glad to see your dad is better now he's home x

MrsMH - Hope you find out soon xxx

Happy St David's Day everyone :D

Hugs, spoons and high fives all round. Have a good day OS or not.

    Morning all!!

Its a lovely day, can see a yellow ball in the sky and bright blue. Hmm wonder what it is.

I have a meeting today with an advisor about starting an IAG course at the centre near me. So will be trottling off to that soon.

OH has to sign on today, oh the joy. I feel sorry for the poor bloke. But as he says needs must.

When we get back i have to make the kebabs, prawn curry, rice and dahl for tea tonight, and if they any mince left either make burgers or something with it. Got some mince mix left so i won't make any more of that. Sounds like a very lavish meal, but hopefully the boys won't scoff it all and should be some left for a meal tomorrow. Saying that last time i did it, it was demolished within five mins.

Then have to more paperwork, accounting and general cleaning. The hosue is a bomb, but also going to put some anti flea stuff down, because the little b*ggers come back. Also have to sow more seeds and sort the yard out. Think it may take me all week to do the above.

Better shoot, back in a bit x

    Morning All

Well for me today hasnt been very OS at all today but the rest of the week will be better.

I went to ikea this morning to meet up with a friend who is shopping for wedding reception table decorations, i need two new pillows for our bed so i brought those but nothing else which is good for me.

I think went to a local (cheap) factory outlet that sells chicken and stocked up on fillets as i was in the area $18 but it will last us at least 5 meals for 3 which is very good value here.

I then prepared this - slow cooker lamb curry

    http://www.taste.com.au/recipes/20346/slow+cooked+lamb+curry

tomorrow i have sooooo much ironin to catch up on, im really not looking forward to it but it needs to be done.

    Have a great day everyone
