hope you dont' mind me being nosey but how much does 20 nail polishes cost?
I think you've boggled my mind as i don't think i own 10 polishes, and i bet the highest percentage of them are clear.

    About £50 :rotfl:

Then I just ordered another 4 from boots for £15 :o

Somebody stop me I don't even wear the stuff normally!! :rotfl:

Is anyone else watching that superscrimpers programme? If we think we overspend there's a family on there who had a joint income of £108,000 but still manage to overspend by over £30,000 a year

OMG   Thats really shocking  I think it would be harder mentally to reduce costs when you've been used to that level of living.

I used the Pomegranate Body Lotion from the £shop gift set this morning and my skin is all  I had an itch and when I rubbed it my hand looked like I hadn't washed for a week

I'll give it another go after my bath and see if works better on freshly washed skin but I'll be binning it if it happens again - never had that happen before and now feel all grubby :(

Oooer my power is dodgy this morning, keeps going off - yet OH's work is round the corner and its fine there...very strange. Might have to be a cold lunch today :p

Gosh it is so miserable and wet outside Im not looking forward to taking a trip to town :(

I have just found my PERFECT job but it closes tomorrow and I really need to think about my answers for the application form..Its working as an administrator for Victim Support in cardiff - so its dead accessible by train, Ive got administration experience and it relates directly to my degree. Think Ill have to work on this one tonight. Fingers crossed I might get an interview :p
Not really - I tend to use whatever shower gel I have to hand, a neutral scented body lotion like Palmer's or something that just generally smells 'clean', and then my perfume over the top. I've just sniffed my arm (thank God for an empty office!) which is a mixture of Body Shop Black Velvet Apricot and Veet Hair Minimising Moisturiser and it smells OK.

Do it! I've got an interview tomorrow at a university in London which I applied to totally at the last minute on Thursday afternoon (OH told me about it three hours before it closed!) and found out I'd got the interview on Monday morning. So you never know...

ladies im out in town at the mo and i have news! Ive just gone to bodyshop and finally spent my groupon voucher (will update my stash list when i get home) but the shop assistant just told me there is going to be another groupon voucher very soon!

    EDIT:

    Right am home now :p

I took advantage of some offers in the BS but I got the total of my shop to exactly £30 so no extra to pay....

    4 assorted shower gels
1 mini bottle of rainforest alliance shampoo
1 white musk fragrance gift set - bottle of perfume, bottle of body lotion, bottle of shower gel + bath lilly
1 vanilla fragrance gift set - 1 bottle of perfume + bottle of body mist spray

Not bad I personally don't think, only paid the initial £12 for the groupon voucher and got £48.50 worth of stuff :D

ARRRRRRRRRRRRRRR A guy just phoned me about job I applied for yesterday and I have an interview for tomorrow BUT I applied for about 30 jobs last night Ive no idea what this is actually for lol (google tells me its a marketing company:p) but still no idea what actual job it is ooo er lol

Ooooh! Good luck for the interviews and applications Charlie and Minerva!

I also use similar scents for shower gel etc when using perfume - I check to see what scents are used in the perfumes and try to find a similar smell - for Armani Code I try to use orange flower type stuff.

Gonna catch up on the rest of the thread now!

I have a few pages to catch up on but need to report a couple of UU's: Somerset Toiletry Company soap. I got half way through this and then the OH finished it off when his soap ran out. He's now started on the final tablet of this box of soaps which have been lovely. I am really into soap at the moment.

A few days ago I cut open a tube of Olay moisturiser and I should finish using it up tomorrow morning. It was quite a rich moisturiser and now that the spring is here I shall move on to a lighter one.

Hopefully, tomorrow night I shall have time to list my complete list of ins and UU's for the month.

can I come one step down on the naughty steps now please?

spent 45 mins on the new Waitrose site:mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:it is still awful could have walked to the shop in the time spent online

WELL DONE for saying no to any more BS stuff!! Even if it was only due to not getting the offers you wanted :rotfl:
Sticking my fingers in my ears about any more flipping Groupons. I have resisted the online really good offers so I think I may be OK anyway to resist another Groupon....we'll see...

I used my last gift voucher for the xfeet last night with the fishes. This time round most of the fish headed to my right foot? Not sure why - maybe it look more appetising? Anyway I now have lovely soft feet (well maybe just a foot). Oh Mingle maybe I could use your one sock :rotfl:

No other UU's or IN's for me.

    Laughed out loud at this!!

Exactly what I thought! Goodness! They do look very pretty, a bit like the display in the shop perhaps?!! How long will it take you to get through that lot.....!!! We may need to bring back the naughty escalator for this level of bulk buying....

I am a fan of layering too. At the mo my body lotion in Jasper Conran and I am using the matching scent which I love. In general though I follow what other people have posted in matching up groups of smells!!

I layer things if Im going out - but thats about the only time I do it - rest of the time its just whatever I happen to be using at the time...

:rotfl: I only wanted to get a few 'summery' colours. And then I was like "....oh but I don't have that one... ooh that's a different shade... oh I liiike that!" and before I knew it my Mum was dragging me to the till to pay so I couldn't get any more:rotfl: I would quite happily have got one of every colour of every brand they had in the shop.. and then gone to Boots and done the same, knowing me :o I don't think i'll ever need to buy another for the rest of my life though:rotfl:

I definitely, without a doubt, need this thread!:o

    What's the naughty escalator? :rotfl:
