    My Nail Varnish collection.

    17
    orange soda
    sherbit lemon
both these colours have separated at the top , time to bin?
    sphinx
    seabreeze

I think if you just mix them again with the brush they'll be okay to use. I've done that with some of mine and theyve been fine.

I only throw them away when too thick and gunky to apply - although I've heard some people thin them down again with nail varnish remover.

I couldnt help but :rotfl: at vivh's comment to Celebrate about nail varnish :D

Forgot to mention - I got a serum in the post yesterday that I'm testing for 14 days. Havent done any product testing for ages!

No its not from Boots. Ages ago I signed up for clixresearch and filled out a profile. Every now and then they send me invites to trials. Dont get paid for this, but get to keep the product.

This time its a ultra sensitive face serum from Zoe and made in Switzerland to be used for 2 weeks.

Lol at the new obsession we're about to start celebrate on! My toes need redoing but I don't think it'll be tonight, I'm just off for a bath before work.
Neighbour knocked earlier to give me some courgettes (we love them she doesn't!) and said "Ooh, like the face, you going somewhere nice?" me "eh?" she said I had sparkly eyes and I had to confess that it was cause I was so knackered this morning that I didn't take my makeup off, I just went to bed :). Yay for being glam with mascara smeared all around my face though!
Celebrate, the thing to look for when gifting items is to make sure that there aren't any obvious date things on them like vouchers etc. Check for sell by dates and such like too. So long as things are kept in a cool dry place and are unopened, the majority of them should be ok but I would be wary of body butters and lotions as they seem to be the items which have issues with separating and discolouring. Perhaps make up gift sets of body butters and perfumes for this year and go for shower gels bubble baths etc next year?
If your sister still visits your stash for shopping, how about letting her visit your stash for her gift shopping too? That will get her gifts for nice prices and get your stash levels down too.
PS, we're still waiting for photos of your stash items!
I think that I'm going to give up on my aloe moisturizer for the time being as it is a thick one which seems to be better for my poor hands when they are struggling and my feet too. They do get very dry and sore at times. It doesn't inspire me to smear it all over myself though for pampering. I will dig out one of DH's nivea face jobbies to try and shift it but after that's gone, I think I will crack open one of the tubs of body butter which are so lovely and I don't have any real treat butters or lotions in my stash now. Does that sound ok? I won't be buying, rather than shopping from my present stash but it means that I will have something lovely to use myself which inspires me to get rid of the meh items (IYSWIM?).

Apparently it's a super moon this weekend, might explain why work is sooooooooo mad atm. Most of the pts are barking which makes it really hard to do anything for the sick ones as you are constantly having to stop the fallers from falling/ climbing out of bed/ shouting/ tearing out IV's etc.

Happy pampering ladies :) TTFN, Kaz.

OH! Technically some ins for me when they arrive.

I bought a pile of stuff from the Body Shop to celebrate their 50% off thingy. The majority was for the MIL and the OH said he'd go halves so he doesn't look bad. However, to boost the order up to get the free p&p I bought a body brush, which I'd promised i'd buy myself at some point, and when it's half price seems as good as time as any, and a passion fruit cleansing gel after reading some rave reviews on here. I also got a Moringa soap because my order came to £14.50- grr!

So naughty me, but I have just finished a cleanser so I do need a new one. (I'm just waiting for my superdrug toner to finish so I can make a start on my Body Shop vitamin E set- I like using sets all together if at all possible) and the realisation that a body brush came when I cracked open my Sanctuary Zibu Body scrub. It smells nice on but it's an extra step that I don't have time for in the mornings, makes a mess in the shower and doesn't work better than asda's £1 exfoliating gloves and normal shower gel! The body brush will be useful for giving me a pampered feeling, you see- and as a multiuse item rather than a wash down the drain, it's good value.

Whilst showering today, I spent a significant amount of time pondering my Toiletries plan of action. It is based on the idea that I like things in sets, or at least similar smells.

I am currently using The Sanctuary Zibu body scrub, Moisture plunge ( or shower gel to you and I) and the Body Butter. I love the fact that I smell of it ALL day.

Next, I shall use Lemon and Honey Shower gel (Avon naturals) with my Body Shop Lemon body butter. Hopefully, the weather will be nice enough to justify smelling like a sherbet lemon all day.

However, at the end of January I was given some Lush Ice Blue soap. This is problematic. I have no body lotions/potions that this would work with or at least not clash! Could I use it on my face? What would you do in my circumstance?
