I filled my basket and then closed the page too.:A

I have UU to report. The Johnson's baby moisturising cream that i cut open on the weekend has finally gone.:j I've been using it as a hand/foot cream and i WBA because it's quite thick and does the job well. It was only about £1 when i bought it 3 yrs ago so cheap for hand cream. I do have another one in my stash i think and plenty of others to use too.

Trudi I'm with the others, go for it! Don't worry about what anyone else thinks.

Celebrate I was working on Monday night and glanced at the thread (wasn't able to catch up fully) but read your latest hilarious story. Thanks so much for posting I was in fits of laughter and had needed cheering up.

Absinthe Fairy I'm glad your friend and her Dad are safe and hope they continue to be. Hoping for good news re the rest of the family, and for all the families out there waiting for news of loved ones.

Right I'm going to turn of the computer before I get tempted by any offers. I'll finish catching up tomorrow.

The dentalpro thingy is this - http://avonshop.co.uk/shop/product.asp?pf_id=35135&from=search&find_spec=hydro&pagenum=1

Seems a good price at the moment so will buy unless you think it will be even better priced soon?

Thanks for looking Pudsey, really kind of you, think I'll persuade my OH that he wants to buy it for me so I look like this - :D

Have been trying out the Clinique moisture surge and have to say that I really like it! Seems to suit my skin really well - feels lovely and soft - this might be a HG!

Hey ladies, haven't had time to post for a couple of days, so just catching up now.

Firstly, Trudi - go for it! Sounds like fun. I'm a big believer in the phrase "I would rather regret the things that I have done, than the things that I have not". Besides, all the pampering has to have some use, so go flaunt it with a hot guy :D

(There's a longer and very lovely version by Mark Twain for those who love quotes: "Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things that you didn't do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines. Sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover.")

I also didn't get a spam PM, don't know if I'm relieved or disappointed I'm not special enough :rotfl:

Anyway, UU I forgot to report last week - a revlon powder compact - had two powder colours, a bronzer and a highlighter. Think it was skinlights or something. I was just using them all mixed together with a Kabuki brush to get rid of it, and it looked so old (it's about 8 years old!) that I had to just bin it, really don't think it was good for me. So now I've just got my HG facepowder - one almost finished compact, and a new compact (which will shortly be started and put in my bag).

Could I have some advice, i'm running low on foundation and have been looking for a new one to try, i'm using the L'Oreal roll on at the minute and i'm not happy with it, it looks to me as it its 'caked' on. Could anyone recommend something lighter? I have normal skin. TIA

While you're looking for a new one, is there any way of getting this one out of the tube and mixing it with some moisturiser? If the colour suits you already, this might solve the caking issue.

I've just been over on the grabbit board exploring the BS 50% off deal. I had about £60 worth (so £30) in my basket, all stuff I certainly don't need and realised that its still overpriced for what it is at half price:eek::eek::eek:

    I'm so pleased with myself:D:rotfl:
