I hate the smell of Angel too! Ghastly stuff! MiL and SiL both have it and I can't bear it.
Right, I'm going to bed, can't shift this headache and feel quite sick with it, sleep is the best option for me now. Night night all, see you tomorrow (after I've done my ironing!).Debt: 16/04/2007:TOTAL DEBT [strike]£92727.75[/strike] £49395.47:eek:   £43332.28 repaid 100.77% of £43000 target.MFiT T2: Debt [STRIKE]£52856.59[/STRIKE] £6316.14 £46540.45 repaid 101.17% of £46000 target.2013 Target: completely clear my [STRIKE]£6316.14[/STRIKE] £0 mortgage debt. £6316.14 100% repaid.0 -
How do you prove to Tesco that it's cheaper than Asda? Do you need to also buy the item in Asda to get a receipt  Did you get the OLAY?
Spray testers in shops when you are passingalthough it may be safer for you to avoid shops altogether :rotfl:
:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
yes i did buy 2 and although the price checker website has just been updated i think the ones i bought were the "right ones", i have never actually used olay total effects before and there were so many didn't have a clue, have kept my receipt in case got the wrong ones -will be returning them if so
no you don't need to go anywhere near an asda-someone in the thread mentioned this earlier, said there were no asda's in ireland , you buy the stuff at tesco but need to compare prices BEFORE you go shopping online on the tesco price checker, you enter your receipt number online when you get back and hey presto, you get sent a voucher for DTD. Trick is to keep your DTD shopping seperate to your normal shopping as they randomly pick 10 items to compare from the receipt. Will let you know how i go with my first try.....GRATITUDE WHEN GIVEN, PATIENCE WHEN DENIED

isn't it funny about perfumes, Wings gives/gave me migraines. And my aunt used to wear this perfume which i can't remember the name of but it used to stink like the water you get in a vase after carnations have been in it. she thought it smelt lovely!0

I have sinned again.:o But, only a little bit.:p
I went into Boots with my £5 No7 voucher and stood there for ages thinking of what to buy. It's not a very big store so there was nothing i could have bought to make it free. The cheapest things were the nail varnishes that would have been £2. So i walked out without buying anything.:A
Then, i went into Savers and spied the Barry M Crackle nail varnish and bought that for £3.99.:o I also bought a pack of 10 cuticle sticks for 99p but i don't have any so that's ok.
It could have been a lot worse.
ETA i forgot i bought cotton buds too for 39p in Wilko's but i needed those too.
Also i've chucked another razor so that's another UU (sort of)0 -

That was me who said Asda's not in Ireland. DTD sounds a bit complicated but I can see the attraction of getting vouchers in the post.
The Angel perfume is hugely popular so someone must like it but not me either. I do like the Alien one from the same brand.
And a question:) people are talking about bottles of shampoo and shower gel lasting for months? Does this have something to do with hard or soft water? I use my products sparingly but they don't last quite that long.
This thread is making me desire soap. Body shop or L'occitane, it's years since I've used soap (but only a few hours since I last washed with shower gel):DTotal debt 11/1/2011 €5350.65Total debt 12/12/12 €3222.31CrazyClothesChallenge 2013 #006 €34.08/€5000 -

Someone force my page shut!...there I was doing my dissertation, then I saw an email come through telling me about an offer on thier website...Spend £10 and get a handbag and goodies for £10, and free delivery too....its sooooo tempting
LOL I've been quite good this time.....I've only ordered a mascara from the clearance sale for DD1 costing £2.75
Mind you, some of the things I was interested in, the only reason I didnt buy them is cos theyre either the same price or cheaper in the next catalogueXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX:wave:XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX0 -

Thanks - I'll donate any further GWP to my feet then :rotfl:After visiting Supercuts to book today I'm really not sure about it so think I'll give this particular branch a miss, I might try another location in the future. On my first attempt to make an appointment I found the salon to be untidy with hair not only on the floor in the salon area but also some in the front "shop" area. There was only one member of staff who was cutting a client's hair but I was not even acknowledged! I returned later there were two members of staff now but still hair in the "shop" area. I was told for a CBD on my hair the cost would be £31 but no appointments just turn up and wait. So, I'll give this a miss it seems expensive for the level of non service and as for no appointments just take a seat and wait:eek:I could be there all day.
urgh - sounds awful! It would have put me off tooI'm sure they only charge £13.50 at the ones near me?! I'm towning tomorrow so will double check!

All those 1's look fab! Very inspirational :T I won't comment on the make-up numbers :rotfl:
I now know exactly how much body clay I need to cover my entire body (except for the soles of my feet and a tiny patch on my back I couldn't reach) 325ml  I won a tub of Boots Go Fresh Green Tea Body Clay in a charity raffle and it said 'to be used all over' so I decided to use it all over
Then had to stand still until it dried - with the dog staring at me :rotfl: OH came in and started singing 'We're Walking In The Air' at me - even though it was more green than white :rotfl: Rinsed it all off and sat in the creamy white water feeling like Cleopatra
Question! Do we count Raffle wins as Freebies? or count the cash we spend on the tickets?
Today's IN's: (and the reason I ask)
Boots Go Fresh Green Tea Body Clay - raffle win
Burts Bee's - Honey & Jojoba Hand Creme - raffle win
Burts Bee's - Honey & Jojoba Foot Creme - raffle win
Burts Bee's - Honey and Milk Body Lotion - raffle win (is very thick - like a butter when it comes out of the tube but becomes more lotion-y when rubbing it in - I tested)
Today's UU's:
Boots Go Fresh Green Tea Body Clay: WIBA? No - I said on the packaging 'for skin like porcelain' but I didn't realise it meant dry and flaky :mad: Had to use 25ml's of my S&G 50ml mini Body Butter in one go to fix it
N-Spa Chocolate Bubble Bath (with added bits): WIBA? No - I didn't like the smell, OH didn't like the smell and had to be bribed with a bottle of Imperial Leather to finish it up :rotfl:
S&G Hand Food Mini: WIBA? Still yes - but now have my Burts Bee's to use so will be even longer before I need any
It was Imperial Leather I bought yesterday not Radox
I got an Avon book dropped off tonight so am all set for my detangling spray - thanks again EHI didn't really fancy the free bag Charlie - I think it's one of those that looks better than it is - hope you closed that page
I'm ordering some moisture gloves but if I can get some with my skinny I won't.
vicster - the analysis might be a computer based test? Let us know how it goes - you can help us break our buying habits from the inside
Kaz - hope your head is better now {hugs}
I'm trying those booties again - but this time with my own lotionSeems to be ok but WARNING TO SELF - DO NOT try to walk wearing them without putting slippers on as you will break your neck :eek: :rotfl:
Re: Angel Perfume - isn't it Glamour that do the offer every now and then for Angel? We'll have to remember that nobody likes it next time it comes along
60% off at BS? How please - so I can be virtuous and avoid of course :rotfl::rotfl:0
