Am not looking forward to work today either.

    Hugs, honey, its "hump" day.

jjef huge congratulations on the uni place. If you listen to and act on advice, you will succeed, I promise you. And ignore all the "Don't smile before Christmas" nonsense, children like human beings with a sense of humour, not robots;)

Decluttered another night with puppy pooing in the right place, i.e. not indoors :rotfl:

Still planning to do the ironing, and DH has broken the garage door, so will need to try to arrange getting it fixed/replaced.

eta vanilla I have looked into this in detail - what do you do if school doesn't take a complaint seriously...and the options are, contact ofsted and/or remove your child. I have been all through this with a friend who is an ofsted inspector and a retired primary head. Out of interest, did you fill in a parents' questionnaire for the ofsted team, and did you mention any of this?

Jinky hope your gran isn't too sore and that it heals quickly.

gratefulforhelp i've thought about this all night and my plan is to get them shifted and still carry on fighting the school. I don't want another child to have to go through what DD had to. I intend to fight tooth and nail. The school needs a serious shake up, they shouldn't have any child in there with special needs at all. I already know of 2 children with special needs not making it to P.7. They never have any disability days but plenty of friendship days(insert rollie eyes). Eventho i have stated many of times that they need to make children aware. I now even leave the kids in as late as possible to school so DD doesn't get any crap before she even get's into class.

Right best get hubby up and get him busy. :rotfl:
Sometimes it seems that the going is just too rough.
And things go wrong no matter what I do.
Now and then it seems that life is just too much.
But you've got the love I need to see me through.

I honestly wouldn't waste your precious energy. Sounds like ofsted have them sussed, and you will get nowhere.

At the new school, you need to find out who is special needs coordinator. x

Ooh Penny where on the south coast are you off to? There's a few of us flyladies on the south coast who would possibly be up for a meet if you are able.

ETA vanilla my friend has just moved her eldest son to another school for the same reason, and he is much happier at his new school, even though my friend now has to drop her 2 sons at different schools.
Enjoy the little things, for one day you may look back and realize they were the big things.

Dog decluttered out of bedroom. He arrived at about 0630 to check he hadn't been abandoned. Wonderful way to wake up as cold nose appears over side of bed:rotfl:

vanilla - I think you are right to move them - it sounds like the school needs a rocket you know where!

I would take on board the advice of others - like piggers said - involve the police - esp as she has a statement - do you have a record of incidents? If you don't start a log NOW!

I was a primary school governor for 4 years - my piece of advice would be to write, detailing the incidents, to the PARENT GOVERNORS on the board. State what has happened. State that you are moving the kids and reinforce that you don't want it to happen to anyone else.

As a primary school parent governor i woulde have been appalled if anything like that had happened at the school.

Incidentally - my DS was bullied - but the school took it very seriously and the then Deputy Head who was his class teacher for most of it was amazing. Any school that denies it has bullies is deluded - what marks out good schools is the way they deal with things like bullying....
