Well I looked at the bedroom and decided that was a greater priority than downstairs at the moment, so hoovered and dusted in there.

I'm so glad I resigned from my second agency - once again they've proved that they couldn't organise a p-up in a brewery - just had an email to say that the umbrella company had contacted them to say that my contract with them was over, and that I needed to sign a new contract to be put back on PAYE with them - the consultant obviously hasn't informed payroll of my resignation!

    Morning lovelies:wave:
Cold and overcast here today had to turn heating back on :(
Kids decluttered to school, coffee decluttered, WM on second load, DW on, TD on, pup following me round like a little sheep. He wont go to sleep in his bed as there are workmen outside making too much noise and as he is a right scardycat hes just following me around with his tail between his legs awww poor thing.

I seem to be taking 1 step forward then 3 back as far as keeping on top of things go, ive got no motivation and a really bad dose of CBA. I need to start from Monday again and work my way through the list  as the only rooms in the house that are tidy are bathroom/toilet, kids bedrooms and my bedroom the rest of the house is a hovel. Yesterday I was looking for my passport and driving licence and pulled empty every cupboard and drawer in the lounge and its all still been left out (and no I didnt find what I was looking for!) Pup has nicked a toilet roll and has shredded it everywhere and the kitchen just looks like the local tip. I feel like just crawling back to bed and saying stuff it all but I cant as I am going away on Saturday to a reunion with friends I havent seen for years and my mum is coming to supervise the kids. (Least when mums here she will do my ironing for me) :D

Think the only way im going to tackle it today is by setting my timer and doing dot to dot for 15 mins at a time.

    Best get cracking

Hugs, spoons and sticks to all in need

  • Morning all.

Vanilla (((hugs))) to you and yours,
Jinky, I hope Nan is ok
Toochoosey Dont be so hard on yourself. I think as parents we all feel were at fault, what you have to remember is that your LO is just that. When mine where younger they where both completely selfish brats and I worried about the adults they woud become but as they have got older I can see that I no longer need to worry.

Its taken me the best part of an hour to catch up with the thread and still feel like I didnt take it in. I didint get to sleep till after 4 and then it was very broken, so a late start for me today.

I've spoken to PIL about whats been going on and they agree that moving them would be best. I've also found out that there's alot more kids have left the school than what i thought. PIL have also mentioned another school, it's a small country school which is half the distance away and has a good straight back road to it for the bad weather. I've rung them and there going to get the head to give me a ring and hopefully we'll get to go view it soon. I must draw up a list of questions.....

Rhys now snoozing and i'm gonna go and get the wm back on again.

shellysue thanks for that, it's cold here today but very bright with a blue sky.
Shysarah you will be fine, deep breath. xx
Sometimes it seems that the going is just too rough.
And things go wrong no matter what I do.
Now and then it seems that life is just too much.
But you've got the love I need to see me through.
