Thanks Dippypud, i'll be on it today. :D Hopefully if all goes quickly enough they'll be moved by easter. She does have a statement of needs so i think that will be the only hold up is getting it put into place.

It's been a long night here. Took ages to fall asleep and then hubby closed the door abit too loudly at 2.45am that Rhys woke up and has been up since. I think i'll be haing a snooze at some point today.
DD came up at 5 so i sent her back to bed, not sure why she was up so early.

    List today will be
    1) dye my hair
    2) get something in for dinner
    3) Spent an HC in the boys room
    4) get Rhys scrubbed
    5) get fire lit

To be honest if i get that done i'll be happy. :rotfl:

    jjef well done you...:T:T:T

Kids all up and eating breakfast, dw and wm both on. I'm gonna get dressed and get stuff for lighting the fire. Frosty here this morning with a little bit of a red sky, so hopefully it will be another sunny day. :D

Thank you for all the kind comments on last weeks thread re FIL, we have everything arranged for the funeral which will be on Friday, OH seems fine but a bit moody and thoughtful, girls are handling things ok but very much want to talk about death and what happens we have had some interesting questions to answer.

On a brighter side I had an interview last week at Dundee Uni for the teaching course that I want and have had an email today offering me an unconditional place - its been 4yrs of hard slog with the OU to get this far so feeling very please with myself.
Hugs and coping vibes for all of you.

And massive CONGRATULATIONS on getting your Uni place

Thanks everyone for the hugs and advice it has really helped me tonight. I've also had a rant to my mum who also agrees i've done what i can and it's still happening so it's time to move them.

I've had a good hoke about and have found all the forms needed from last time so i'll get them posted tomorrow morning. :D I've the letter for transfer between schools and the letter to the education and library board asking to move. Who would i contact about SEN? Do i wait until i get a reply from the new school?

    Thanks again everyone. xx
I hadn't commented before, but I agree with the others that this is the right decision, you have tried everything to sort out the problems and your DD deserves a school which will support her.

Will be back for a list.

Fire lit and Rhys i think is running on empty. He'll be fun later today.

Kazw nothing ever happened. When the letter went to the head, she called a meeting but i never recieved a letter back stating what she planned to do. I thought she had to within 7 days. As for the board i know they only hold meetings every couple of months. Even to send another letter again now i probably wouldn't get a response until after easter if at all. As for the head there's just no point, she'll say the same as usual and nothing will be done.

    Right better shift myself...

vanilla~ I honestly cant believe the school are still not taking it seriously, I would be furiously beating down the door and ranting and raving. yes I would look like a fool, but.....:rotfl:
I agree with the others, you have tried so hard, the school have not, I would have no qualms about moving the kids, and I would be telling them EXACTLY why.

Well I had more drama last night:o:mad: Gran was trying to put the remains of her dinner in the dogs dish, and totally over balanced and went head first into the shoe rack. Gonna phone the Doc today as she was complaining her wrist was sore, she couldnt seem to put much weight on it:cool: But I dont want to drag her up to the hospital if we dont need to
