I had to be dressed to collect grubs from school.. other than that I went to bed in a vest top and some pants, as well as scaring small children I would have been chilly.. I had to put something on.. and my squashed frog green dead jumper also has a shiny coating of thick slimy green mucus from a certain small snotmonster!

How is she today?
gross!!
The nose isn't runny any more it just oozes and glows in the dark but she seems to be on the mend, she even smiled today.. and laughed twice. Her temp is almost back to normal just need the nose to dry up.. the 6 months of drooling isn't any better though. Her poor bottom is rather sore but sudocrem is hilarious so she doesn't mind too much.
And she ate all her food today so things have improved.LB moment 10/06 Debt Free date 6/6/14Hope to be debt free until the day I dieMortgage-free Wannabee (05/08/30)6/6/14 £72,454.65 (5.65% int.)08/12/2023 £33602.00 (4.81% int.)0 -
Evening all,
Thank you for all the kind comments on last weeks thread re FIL, we have everything arranged for the funeral which will be on Friday, OH seems fine but a bit moody and thoughtful, girls are handling things ok but very much want to talk about death and what happens we have had some interesting questions to answer.
On a brighter side I had an interview last week at Dundee Uni for the teaching course that I want and have had an email today offering me an unconditional place - its been 4yrs of hard slog with the OU to get this far so feeling very please with myself.
On a flying front kitchen, LR and bathroom have been S&S'd.
Vanilla - big (((hugs)))) for you as usual lots of good advice here I hope you manage to get things sorted for yourself and your DD.0 -

Evening ladies, day 2 of flying with you all and I have actually done NOTHING all day, shocking!! My DS (6) is still really poorly and was coughing all night, I have spent the day cuddling with him, worrying about him, forcing him fluids, helping him blow his nose and clearing up sick. If there was a list for that I would be 'striking' them all! Will give him to Thurs and if hes no better will get him to the docs as will be a week then with not a lot of food and hardly any sleep. Anyway I am hoping to potter about tomorrow and see what happens. xxx0
