Nice to have a few bits struck off already due to yesterdays tidying. The chimney I really think might need cleaning as smoke was dropping a lot yesterday and billowing into my living room :o

Nipped out yesterday afternoon and popped into a furniture shop in my local town. They are selling off bits of second hand furniture until they get in their new stock and I picked up a fabulous wooden framed mirror which is huge and fits perfectly above my new unit in my hallway for only £15. :T:T Looking online a mirror the same size was £100+ and out of my price range.

Anyway I am off to tidy up the kitchen and make more coffee...

My curry looks a bit weird but we will see how it turns out! :-)

Have cleared the units in the kitchen as I went and sorted the recycling.

In again today. Didn't get my evening dailies done as DS decided he wasn't going to go to sleep...I did though and didn't wake up until 9.30  Hate it when that happens.

I'm going to be tackling the living room today, hoping to get rid of all these hotspots. I've got a meeting to prepare for and stock to count, dinner to do (slow cooker beef casserole, so not too challenging!). I think I might also start going through the littley's clothes drawers and fling anything they've grown out of.

Have already done morning dailies, so I'm ahead (I think). Just off to do the school run.

    Have a great day all

TED day was most tedious- and now my student had sent me planning for tomorrow and lets just say it needs work, I hope she checks her emails tonight.............

Does she listen to advice? If not, IME, she is sunk.
Evening everyone. Had a huge BD day today - I was miserable yesterday and then ate far too much then felt disgusted and managed to beat myself up about it.:o

But I have turned it round - had a very good walk with the dogs and a friend, hoovered the entire house, S&S the bathroom & kitchen and mopped the stairs hall and kitchen. Oh and did some washing! So feeling a bit better.

I am wondering if I have a cold coming - I've been freezing all day which isnt like me. Hmmm

Grateful - I meant to post before your puppy is gorgeous! I am soooooooooooooooo jealous! I have to remember that my eldest is slowing down a tiny bit so doesnt really appreciate a stroppy stomp round the block!

Hugs for the black dog, and thanks, she is pretty, but I bet your dogs don't do indoor poos!
Please do not confuse me with other gratefulsforhelp. x

Morning everyone, not really good this morning as DS was up between 10pm & 3am so am running on fumes. Poor DH has a job interview today as well. As well as the list I've plan to have a shower, arrange wedding venue meeting for DSis & nip to town. Luckily a friend's OH has offered to look after DS for me & their DD so we can have a child free shopping trip.:T
