I am looking for something like the Sure Signal that Vodaphone do but for T- Mobile.
All the things I have come across are really expensive.
I get great signal outside but inside it is really poor, it is an old house with very thick walls.
Any ideas of what I can try ?
Thanks x

I am tied into the contract, to be honest we don't get great signal with any networks in the house.0

Look on ebay.
there are several signal boosters that have an aerial on your roof and boost the signal indoors.0 -
Will these carry all signals (i.e. for telephone calls and internet) as I get a poor reception at work? I'm with 02, and if these are good I might have to convince the boss to buy it! Do they really work? Any recommendations, is this one any good?

They work (2G), but they are illegal.0

Because only the carriers are allowed to broadcast on their frequencies in the UK.0

You need to be licensed to broadcast a gsm signal in the uk by ofcom.0

Any phone broadcasts the signal, doesn't it? Hence, the only problem is the network signal received and repeated by the booster.
I just wonder why there are no legal boosters connecting to the phone via WiFi or Bluetooth instead (without any internet connection involved)?0 -
If it is illegal I won't even suggest it to my boss. lol.
Thanks.0
