evening all, regarding steve not burning the burgers..... no he doesnt..... mainly because i make and cook them
aesop,
also add some plain flour or breadcrumbs (optional tho) if you find the mince mixture seems too wet, also you can add anything you want to spice them up a bit, its all trial and error. Next time i make them i am going to add a small amount of curry powder to them, Anything is worth a try. Make sure you cut up the onion finely. I also cook them on a grddle pan rather than normal frying pan but i guess grilling them is a more healthy optionEating sensibly to try and lose some weight0 -

by the way. dont forget its pancake day next tuesday (8th march)
they are so easy and cheap to do, just plain flour, egg, milk and water, plus a pinch of salt,
when i make them i fry sliced banana, in butter and add some brown sugar to add some sweetness, then once all softened turn off the heat and mix in some dark rum.
they taste yummy, tho steve doesnt do pancakes so more for me and his dadEating sensibly to try and lose some weight0 -
