I don't know, are those two boys arguing about who does the cooking again ;);) And who put up the oversized picture so I have to scroll across the page to read it all and press thanks

Aesop, I make my burgers with fine beef mince, herbs or spices depending how I feel, and finely chopped onion - mix it all together with my hands, then form it into a burger shape (I have a 'burger maker' but all it does is form it into the right shape and then I press it out and it stays that shape) We do ours fairly thick and grill them. I have never needed to use egg to bind them, but that is because of the burger maker pressing them into shape

AND I DO NOT BURN THEM

I've mixed mine up but haven't shaped them yet - will do that later, as not hungry yet

AFrugalBrunette, welcome but that's a mouthfull of a username so how are we going to shorten it? Frugal? Brunette? AFB? What do you think guys?

Hope everyone has had a good day.

yum yum yum. We need a caterers courior, send samples too and fro. You would be losing out bigstyle though.

My yorkshires? Burnt to a crisp because a certain 2 year old turned the oven up to 250 degrees:mad:

edited to add that I used full fat milk so maybe my little one has saved my blushes haha

Miche, what are you doing with FULL FAT MILK in the house?

I will have to make a couple and bring them up next week, lol. You can have one between you and the neighbour. Of course you may not lose weight that week, unless you give it to Mr3dogs to have with the cheap beer from Mr L's? (steve doesnt make them, no chance)
