Just rang 3Dogs cos I was getting worried when she wasn't online but it seems she was watching some carp on telly but she will be with you all shortly. If I dont post again tonight it is because I have gone into an alcohol induced coma ( but not because of beer )

I have been bullied at work through last year and got stressed
at the end of jan i had a cold/virus and stress that doc thinks triggered acid reflux which caused me to loose my voice and i could not talk for nearly 2 months i have been to see a speech therapist who has taught me to talk again over the past couple of weeks and the hypnotherapist was recommended to help me cope with the stress in order to try to avoid this happening again as i get stressed when i am over loaded with work

and you are having to pay for the hypnotherapist?

Do you know there are some really lovely ladies on MSE, who could probably recommend exercises or books or other stuff to help with the stress. That would help save some money.

And now you know us all, if you ever start to feel overwhelmed or stressed with work, come and offload! If someone is around, they will chat to you until you feel calmer.
