See this is where HR are wrong! They should be looking at the reasons why you have lost your voice and remedies to stop it happening again!

Like my place, there are people who are Managers, who are that in title, but do not have a clue how to be a Manager, how to act, etc. I told my Manager, I can't believe how unprofessional my Managing Director and her directors are. in My last place people didn't act like that!

it is difficult not being appreciated for all the hard work that is put in and the dedication and then to top it people who are above who cant do the job so they deligate it to others then point the finger and twist the knife

Blackadder: Am I jumping the gun, Baldrick, or are the words 'I have a cunning plan' marching with ill-deserved confidence in the direction of this conversation?

Hi Crafti (Erika ) Dont blame Kit, she's wonderful, I've only met her once but will never forget her ( and NO she hasn't got a big bum ). I've been told by my Old Bat that we are coming down your way in a few weeks so hopefully we will get to meet you as well.

    Goodnight beanie.

Crafti Mr and Mrs3dogs, Steve and Andy are coming on weekend of 13th May and we are having another laugh. Hopefully with even better weather and will be spending more time on the beach so you can help show them the sights and joys of Pompey. :D:D:D
