Hi Crafti (Erika ) Dont blame Kit, she's wonderful, I've only met her once but will never forget her ( and NO she hasn't got a big bum ). I've been told by my Old Bat that we are coming down your way in a few weeks so hopefully we will get to meet you as well.

I agree I love KIt to bits she is a real sweetie
It is her fault I am now boring you all as she got me logged onto this site last night
she has been telling me how fantastic you all are
I know she hasnt got a big bum and as i said last night if hers is big then mine would cause an eclipse of the sun
it would be good to meet
    thanks:)

Hi guys - just got online - had to pop out for petrol and some shopping at you know who's ;)

Mam was good today and I lost 1 lb at slimming class so that is 4 st 6 lbs :j :j

It looks very busy here tonight so just gonna go and catch up though I must admit that I have checked out one post - Aesop's with the link to that unbelievable thread   Back in a moment
    :( Mr 3Dogs 3-7-12 :( 3Dogs'Mam 31-3-13 :(
  • HR cant cope with me being off sick and going into work to do admin cos they have to pay supply to cover my lessons
so they want to know what date my voice was to return as if it had gone on vacation
i can now speak for a while but have to exercise etc muscles and vocal chords etc
but voice not established enough to do 5 hrs a day talking
and now i have to see occupational health for an assessment (a second oppinion) but isnt 3 gps, 1 consultant and a speech therapist enough to let someone know i had a problem
    politics and beaurocracy

Then HR should pay for your therapists  Cheaper than supply!
Blackadder: Am I jumping the gun, Baldrick, or are the words 'I have a cunning plan' marching with ill-deserved confidence in the direction of this conversation?
Still lurking around with a hope of some salvation:cool:

See this is where HR are wrong! They should be looking at the reasons why you have lost your voice and remedies to stop it happening again!

Like my place, there are people who are Managers, who are that in title, but do not have a clue how to be a Manager, how to act, etc. I told my Manager, I can't believe how unprofessional my Managing Director and her directors are. in My last place people didn't act like that!

Evening Steve, Kit, Crafti, Aesop, Dragon, Bob ....... is that it? I think so

My, Crafti, you've been through it haven't you? With the bullying and stress/voice loss, and then today with the car/embassy - this is definitely the place to come and offload and chill out petal ;);)
