    I had no appetite and then realised sugars were 22. so i injected early to make myself hungry. Sugars are all over the place. A bit fed up but prefer it to being low. I managed some work today. Progress.

    well done Crafti good on you for posting on SA's thread. Yay. You are getting the hang of this. I would get you to post on Bob's but mr Z is being particularly frivolous tonight and you dont know what you might walk into.

    Not good SW, can you look at carb counting to balance it all?

    Yes I am planning on going to iran to see my ex-husbands family for a couple of weeks
    it has taken me years to pluck up the curage and my son went last year and had a great time so i said i would go with him this year if I can get a visa
    If i cant i could apply for an iranian birth cert and passport but i dont think i want to take that route

    DS is much better, back to nursery tomorrow. Not looking forward to work - too much carp going on.

    I went Drs and he couldn't find anything in my hair, telling him that I can feel things moving while I am talking to him, he looks, can't see anything. So has given me a different lotion, but I can't get it until Thursday.

    gosh that is complicated - hmm, don't think I know anyone that can help. But might be worth an ask on FB.
