THE FUTURE IS ONE BIG CHALLENGE AFTER ANOTHER for 3Dogs and friends ..... PART 2

Evening guys - I'm tired out tonight so won't be on here long

I helped my slimming consultant with her other class from 9.30 am till 11.45 am, then home for a little cheese & crispbread and to pop some pork, veg and spices into slow cooker. Then took my freind to hospital for blood tests, into town centre for her to go to her bank to transfer some money and withdraw cash, then to Asda - up and down EVERY aisle pushing her in her wheelchair with those huge trolley on the front why oh why are the wheelchair trolleys soooo wide? Packed her shopping into bags in trolley, transferred it into car, carried from car to house, unpacked bags and put stuff away - then sat with her for half hour with a cuppa - back home at 6.45 pm - knackered

But at least we had a lovely dinner already made in the slow cooker, which we had with some savoury rice - yummy

So now Mr 3Dogs is off to bed, I've got my hot chocolate and just about to change into my pj's and dressing gown It's getting cold now but it was glorious today - didn't even need a coat when out :j

You know it is time to defrost the freezer when you can't get the door to close due to the ice coming out onto the door seal :eek: so that's what I'm off to do now - great, I just love defrosting the freezer :mad: :mad:
