Oh and guess who rang this afternoon? Dead on cue as their advert came on TV? THAT creditor that I tempted fate with last night :p We both howled with laughter with the coincidence of it :rotfl: :rotfl: Seems like they have not given up on us yet :D:D but do I care - no sirree :D:D

i take it you have sent them the telephone harrassment letter? Have you thought of reporting them to ofcom? Maybe time to tell them on the phone that you are now noting times and frequency of all calls as you are now treating the calls as harrassment?

Oh and I only just remembered when telling my friend, the doctor said he would prescribe beta-blockers   but he can't due to my asthma - I was very glad about that, as I certainly don't want to go on them

Please don't let them put you on Beta Blockers. My mam was put on them when my dad died, Felt like I had lost my mam and dad. I was only 10 my sister was 6. They're horrible horrible things (from a child's point of view anyway, it's all I have on the stuff) See why I'm reluctant about meds?

Anyhoooooooooo .. plod on eh? And yes Dearest 3D, please mention those other two things, they might just hold the answer as to what is going on.

can do better than that if they're after 3Dogs because of the DRO she has the weight of the law behind her. They are absolutely not allowed to come after her for any debt payments.

Oh I sent them the harrassment letter ages ago, in fact more than once. They replied eventually that they did not see what they were doing as harrassment and they had every right to hold our telephone number and ring whenever they wanted as we owe them money :p We treat it as a joke when the phone rings and we see their number as it doesn't bother us any more when it is just them and we don't even bother to answer now

Oops sorry, I should have made it clear - it is Mr 3Dogs' creditor that rings - nothing from mine now, thanks to the DRO :j :j

I would take great delight in telling them to go forth and multiply.....

by using harrassment letters and threatning them with ofcom :rotfl:
