I'm back guys :j :j after a nice long natter with my friend :D

Chelle, Kit is working till 9.15 pm so won't be on here till after 9.30 I would think - don't know why she is working today as it is her day off

I have been getting the flutterings for many years, probably 20 or even 30, as I can't remember not getting them. However, the extra intensity I get now has been creeping on over the last 5 or 6 years I guess. I call them light flutterings, medium and intense. I reckon I get the light flutters almost every day, the medium about 5 or 6 a month, and the intense, about once a month perhaps - generalising here mind you

Of course I forgot to tell the doctor about a couple of other things :o after the last two intense episodes, I have had tingling in my left arm/hand, and one morning after a shower and when I was about to get dressed, I had to sit on the bed as my heart pounded like it had never done before, fast and faster, deeper and deeper, and I thought 'when is this going to stop?' but I kept calm and started deep breathing through nose and it did calm down eventually - guess I'll have to mention this to doc next time I see him - should have written it down really :o

SW is working as she has one of those training days, then parents evening tonight

3dogs, sounds like hell to me, good job you went to the docs, i am no dr but does sound like a panic attack to me.

Oh and I only just remembered when telling my friend, the doctor said he would prescribe beta-blockers   but he can't due to my asthma - I was very glad about that, as I certainly don't want to go on them
