Halifax online banking new website opinions?

Am I alone in thinking the new halifax online banking website is more like a downgrade than an upgrade?
I really don't like the way they have set it out, its very uncomfortable to use and takes a lot more concentration. I feel its much worse than before. Its all bubbled up like a lot of websites now, why do they have to spread the pages out so there is more scrolling it just needs to be simple and clear
Transferring is more confusing you really have to check the numbers even more closely so you don't make a mistake. Just vewing the accounts isnt too clear either.
There is no clear indication of which is joint accounts as there is no names which would be helpful and I have different types of accounts but the only difference is the number not the type or name of account.
I tried to add an account to view, it took me ages to find where to do this, before the changes it was at the top saying quite clear add or remove accounts you wish to view online, I can't remember what I had to click on this time but it wasnt anything that was obvious.
I have found you cannot remove an account which is on view now either does anyone know how to do this?

Absolute rubbish. You used to be able to see how much you`ve spent by debit card, cash etc but you can`t do that now.0

Don't like the fact you no longer have a clear balance & available balance & your full statement all on the first page.Truth always poses doubts & questions. Only lies are 100% believable, because they don't need to justify reality. - Carlos Ruiz Zafon, The Labyrinth of the Spirits0

Don't they have a feedback option? I looked for one but couldn't find anything. Does this mean they really couldn't give a damn what customers think, they should want to know! and listen and learn from customers that use the service, really I'm thinking of moving banks
Even hotmail wanted feedback from users so they could tweak it to what people wanted, why don't halifax want to do the same to please and encourage customers.
Using online banking is extremely important to me as I do not go into the branch and the reduction in branches now makes it even more important. If they can't get it right by now with something so important to customers in this age it actually makes them look bad. Online banking is massively important to people now and its massively important that they get it right, make it comfortable, easy to use and navigate and keep things clear, simple and straightforward.Thanx

I was about to complain that you can't see the reference when you make payments but this has been fixed. It makes good sense to use references that are helpful. This is not easy for credit cards. One 16 digit number is very much like another.

I thought we were suppose to be able see the interest rate on each account with the new interface. I can see a link to interest rates, but it's still like going through a rabbit warren.Free thinker.:cool:0

I think it's stupid and it looks like a 9 year old designed it.
