I can't find a phone number. Do you know of one?
If you go onto 'Say No to 0870' website and type in 'Travelodge', it comes up with loads of alternative numbers; worth logging on and having a look through.
I have made a note of the alternative numbers for the lodges that I stay at on a regular basis, and this has proved a godsend when we have been held up en route; I just give them a call and let them know that we will definitely be arriving, so not to let our room go.
I also put the relevant number in my mobile whilst we are away, 'just in case ....' .

If it's cheap, I'm cheerful!0 -
Nothing I was interested in was coming up at £10 either when it started going live at 3am or now. No point booking something for the sake of it. May have another look later tonight just incase they have added more.0

They usually take it out within a few days, but either last time or the time before (can't remember which) they took WEEKS to take the money; in fact, I was getting worried that they might cancel the booking. They didn't, though!
Thanks for that, I thought that maybe it hadnt gone through correctly when I saw that no money had been taken!Have you stopped there before? It's a great travelodge, with a bar that shuts whenever you have had enough and reasonable prices.
Nope, never stopped there before, infact I have only stayed in about 2 Travelodges in the past! Thanks for the info
Looks promising!
Its a good job MSE is here otherwise I wouldnt of booked the room at £19 and would probably have missed out!0 -
And risk some dumbo smoking in the room (or worse) because they know you get charged, not them.betterbargains4u wrote: »Sell the room you don't want on Ebay. :T
Just advising caution, if I dont need any rooms I give them to people I trust, if not they just lapse.0 -
i agree with a lot of the comments made above, this is the worst travelodge sale ive seen. i managed to get two nights in covent garden for £10 each (@ 3.30am!). i had quite a few rough dates, at various locations around the country and i only managed to get these two, not co-insiding with the school hols either , but west end shows and science museums are educational, right?? not sure if it was worth getting NO sleep for though.0

I managed to get the london kings cross royal scott for £10 and £19 at around half 7 this morning, then came home this afternoon and thought id have a look again and managed to get 2 £10 rooms in cardiff and 2 £10 rooms in edinburgh so ive done well and got a few mini breaks through summer hols for the kids all for £69. was a bit worried as i booked a family room and there is 2 adults and 2 kids and a toddler but was just gonna blag it but then noticed in the FAQ's that thats fine just to request a cot so am really happy now :money: xx0
