Windows XP Pro OEM for £50

I just got an email to say that LowCostXP are reducing all copies of Windows XP Pro to £50.

I've bought from these guys twice and it's the real deal. Worked on a complete home-build.

    2 things

    1) You cant buy XP OEM without buying hardware to go with it, its against the licensing rules

    2) Never trust companies who can't spell!

This is not a criticism but you can buy OEM software...whether you should is a different matter but you'll find it at lots of PC fairs...complete with bit of PC hardware and Dell can't spell...they frequently change the spelling of Inspiron to Insprion...mind you as for trusting them:confused:
Just an observation guys...not anything else.

I just got the 'student licenced' edition of XP pro fully boxed & sealed new from ebay for just £71. I wouldn't go with this for all the reasons mentioned above!

To clarify: There is NO product key and NO certificate of authenticity included - You will require a product key of your own to install.

It's actually illegal to sell those packages without a COA.

Great, a CD with no COA. Basically the same as a pirate copy, except with NO SERIAL NUMBER WHATSOEVER.

    Worth about 50p.
