Driving whilst eating a Cornetto at the same time?

Many years ago, whilst travelling at night on the M25, I passed a car where the driver (looking a bit like Billy Connolly), was playing a flute. He was using knees to steer the car. When he saw me looking, he quickly threw the flute away and used his hands to steer. If he hadn't, he would have hit the exit lane divider he was heading towards.

I don't smoke.
But I do drink from a bottle.
I have also eaten a sandwich, crisps, burger when driving, but only on long stretch roads.0 -
I only recently discovered that texting while stopped at traffic lights is an offence! If you're going to stalk me, while you're at it can you cut the grass, feed the dog & make sure I've got bread & milk in

Yes but strangely taking a photo or creating a playlist on your phone would not specifically by a mobile phone offence, more a 'not in proper control offence'I only recently discovered that texting while stopped at traffic lights is an offence!
I believe that the law on phones is specific about 'prohibiting the use of phones for communication purposes'.
So playing a game of Tetris while driving would be classed as dangerous driving or if past 100 lines skilled driving:pIf freedom is outlawed, only outlaws will have freedom.0 -

So why have they charged people for doing it whilst sat at traffic lights?0 -

If you say so, but the difference is zilch, still a 20 min hold up. yeah?;)I like the thanks button, but ,please, an I agree button.
Will the grammar and spelling police respect I do make grammatical errors, and have carp spelling, no need to remind me.;)
