Thats the wrong side anyway. Havent seen the dodgy iphone 4 before.

My proper iphone 4 has 01 as first 2 of imei by the way to the poster saying its always 00 to start.

About the imei, I did mean to say 01 (approval code for USA), must have been the lateness of the hour that I typed 00 last night (00 normally is unapproved prototype).
