Hair-cut-not the way I wanted it!

thank you foxy, as soon as I mentioned the hairspray and lack of chop into it from top to chin she switched off, completely uninterested and was not going to in any way provide a service or try to make me happy, I was left sitting in the chair watching her go off and see to someone else and never did she look at me again!!
I will talk to the manager tomorrow as it is too late today and see if she can make it look more like I so wanted, it is not even about the money so much as not getting what I really wanted xx

thanks bambam, always helpful to a fault, much appreciated! I really need to go back because it has upset me, if there was no chance of looking like anthea turner then why not say as the photo is being passed around the salon for all to see?
I am happy for another stylist to have a go at it, maybe just unlucky with the stylist (friday afternoon, young one prob thinking of her night out, rather than me and cutting my hair properly!!) xx

sounds like she was behaving like a petulant child. Can you imagine what she would be like if she wasn't happy with her hair??!!

It is what you get I suppose from someone in their very early 20's thinking of the night out tonight rather than caring for their bosses customers, I can imagine when I tell the boss tomorrow she will not be impressed her customers are treated like that and as said word can travel fast ...!! xx

Might be worth mentioning that everybody in your office has been shocked by your distress and the way you were ignored when you tried to get a answer as to why your cut was not what the hairdresser had agreed to!

Are you sure you weren't in the Celebrity Scissorhands salon ??!! That sounds like a Steve Strange haircut !

Seriously though, as everyone else has said. Go back, or ring and speak to the manager first if you would find easier. Good Luck !!!
