Just come back from Florida - I have lots of booklets (with discount coupons) and ideas for Florida on a budget.

Do not shop for clothes before you go ... take an empty case and shop when you get there. We found thrift shops with clothes at $1 on the top rail and $2 for the lower rail. And Bob is right about the scooter ... easy to hire at the parks. And if you like flowers, the Epcot flower festival is on until 15th May. (Can you tell I had an absolutely spiffing time and the 5deg in Buxton was a little bit of a shock to say the least ;) )

Msg me your address if you want brochures and recommendations for your hols. Er, I am heading north in a couple of weeks to sort a venue for a workshop ... depending on where you are I could maybe drop them in while passing!!

se, they are some very freaky looking trainers that have individual "toes" rather than your standard "whole foot" design.

El will put the link up, I am sure, but I can't imagine myself in them, no matter how superb they might be!

yep Vibram make the soles ...they are (allegedly) the best sole maker in the world ... i have vibram soles in my Scarpa's and my Mammuts ... i have to admit i think i may land up buying a pair of the five fingers to use whilst doing tai chi or running ... and having read Northern lass telling me of the price in international drive i might just get me them sooner rather than later lol ....

from what i gather they are designed to give a person the feeling of running barefoot ... they are designed to cause less injuries and to improve you running etc
