    3 days until christmas!!!!!
    TICK TICK TICK... who still has stuff to buy??

    Today..

    [STRIKE]WM x2+
    DW x2
    TD x2+
    Fold dry stuff[/STRIKE] and sort into each persons pile for them to put away
    BM
    tidy & vacuum back room and front room
    2 ebay parcels to wrap and post as I didn't get time yesterday
    clean worksurfaces/wipe cupboards down

    This week..

    Declutter worksurfaces in the kitchen, the one where I pile ALL the clean washing.. you cannot see out of the window at the moment!!
    Complete this weeks sewing challenge (ie clear some fabric from my stash under the stairs!)

    Before christmas..

    Wrap remainder of christmas presents.. DONE!!!
    Sort the playroom... delegated to the little treasures who made the mess in the first place!
    finish christmas shopping and wrapping.. still to buy for.. DH and 2 sisters (trip to lush and a bonsai tree! (sending DH with a list)) and a flask for my stepdad.. I had one on order but they were out of stock.. 4 days after I placed the order they told me and I had no time to order from elsewhere!! ggggrrrr!!!!

    First job this morning, from the comfort of my bed, was to trim my signature!

    DH has now finished w***. He’s off soon to collect the tree (once he’s scraped the frost from the car). We’ll decorate that later.

    Small Penguins made a Yule log yesterday, which we’ll burn tonight (the winter solstice) to ensure that the sun returns next year.

    Yesterday’s jobs accomplished:

    KBBDPCMLM – done
    Pasta sauce - cooking
    Shoe basket – sorted
    Knife block – cleaned
    Prescription certificate – ordered online
    WM – on
    Shoes – polished by small penguins
    Freecycled slowcooker – collected
    Trim yew tree – done by DH
    Clean silver – done by small penguins
    Decorate mantels in dining and living rooms – done by small penguins
    Yule log – made by small penguins
    Laundry – drying on creel
    Clean glass of TV cabinet - done
    Hoover downstairs – done
    Recycling to bin – done
    Send e-cards - done

    There is nothing in my undies drawer.. apart from drugs and pens and smellies!!!

    Maybe I should put some in it lol

    I have a mountain of washing big enough to house a yeti. I have a 2 year old who is unwrapping presents as fast as I can rewrap them (they are from MIL and in bags under tree.. said 2 year old is a flipping pest!) I have a shopping list list the magna carta and a throat that has been attcked overnight by edward scissor hands (ok I have tonsillitis again and am fit to cry)

    Can I postpone Christmas until next month?

    MERRY CHRISTMAS ALL.

    I'm finishing the dolls house today :D I'm varnishing it all over and putting stickers on, sorting out little curtains and I've used stickyback plastic to do the flooring ;) Easy to clean up when it gets dusty now instead of blooming cheap felt which just collected the dust even when hoovered!

    OH is off work now until the 3rd January so he's helping a bit. He's going into town this afternoon to finish my pressies :j I'm hoping to get the dolls house finished in time for us to do 2 more jobs rather important jobs : checking over DD's new-to-her-main-pressie of a Barbie Desk and then wrapping her pressies (not the dolls house or desk though..they have to wait until Christmas Eve when she's in bed:rolleyes: )

    My house is starting to smell like a dog kennel, so I'm attacking it with bleach today ;) I'm setting the timer on the cooker to 20 mins at a time, then having a 10 mins break.

    I think the strain of it all is finally getting to me......

    Now that I have been 'offline' for a while, I see all the stuff you're doing and I can't believe I was ever fit to shine your sinks!!!!! You really all rock, you know that?!!!

    I have tonight swizzed the kitchen, but can't really see the difference apart from one corner

    The presents are bought (except Mrs TNG :o:o) and the food is in the fridge

    I suppose I'll muddle through, like most years.....

    This is the LAST xmas of this though. I hearby solemnly declare that from next year, I will Fly and I won't have to go throught this again

    Thank you all, my lovelies for helping me through what has been quite a difficult period. I look up to you all.......
