I'm sure other regulars can vouch for me on this one.
So, Please help people!! Thanks!!!!
Hehehehehehe ... :rotfl:
I do know who this is ...... and can vouch for him/her ......and he/she is a regular poster on here .... just doesn't want to give her usual user name away as being the person who went to 6 stores to look at Moet.....
PS .. I'm not really sure about the he/she bit lol0 -
   Very satisfying R&R on the champers today.
Moet yellow SEL 19.15 me thinks "Oh yes we're in!". How greedy should I be? I guilded the lily and bought all of my XMAS booze today.
So got 40 cans lager, 3 bottles wine, and 3 champers, taking into account the 25% off when you buy 6 wine or champers, and a very amiable R&R on all 3 champers - £10 for the lot.
And I got my XBOX360 HD delivered today, so I'm on top of the world and not even opened the champers yet:j0 -

Hello mate....Welcome back....just catching up on the days postings after an extremely successful Moetty type of day....but more about that later.
Have you finished all this extra work youve been doing.....and are now coming back for the real earners.
Noticed this was the first of 4 posts today(17:35).....hope your still around when I catch up.Couponing....."every little hurts"

the_postman wrote:Ok Im going to take a copy of tony hawks back and get a refund. The receipt is marked overcharge / refund.
What do i say.
Hello id like to refund this
when she says you have already been refunded
i will say no you refunded me because of an overcharge which does not affevt my statutory rights
Am i correct?
Evening Postman,
I tried this with the boxes of champ and chocs a few weeks ago, This is what happened.
Took it to CS and handed it over with receipt and asked for refund, she took it and stated that i had a refund already, Refused to give me my boxes and called security and CSM.
I pleaded dumb and said i thought your poilicy was in addition to the stat rights but she said that only applies to faulty goods and mentioned she noticed i had alot of mis priced goods recently.
She then said she was going to keep my receipt and goods and contact head of security about my attempted fraud. I denied this of course!
I was running scared at this point and let her. I had to chase her up a week later and got my goods back as they had no proofbut she said that i would be watched when in store.
Glad i got my champagne and chocs back though!
Havent been in that store much though. Really scared me!"The journey of 1000 miles commenced with a single step"0 -
Cant do that!!
It does not affect your statutory rights
i would say
"Its not my fault i was grossly overcharged by your hapless store"
That should do it:idea: £2051.50 since Oct 25 2006Make mine a Golden £143.46

Xbox360 Game of the week "Football Manager 2007"
Poster say £37.97
SEL £37.94
I'm guessing it'll scan at the lower SEL £37.94 price. Anyone tried it.
I bottled it as I'd just returned the Cars DVD that didn't misprice from yesterday. (Same CS women  )0 -
Well i did but had alot of R&R from that store in that week so was quite well known, OH was kicking me (not literally) about pushing my luck but got my 4 boxes back.
In the CSM defense though. She was really nice about the whole scenario!"The journey of 1000 miles commenced with a single step"0
